Decisions, decisions I love coming to this place. It's a small hidden gem in the Pearl Kai mall. It's easy to miss since, it's not in a great location and parking is tough in the area. It just seems that the stalls are smaller then normal no that's not it, this part of town more trucks are reconstructed:|There are two sizes of sandwiches half and whole. The whole is definitely longer than a subway Footlong, way more tastier, and overall cheaper. Then only problem you'll have is what to get. Everything I've gotten I have enjoyed. The crazy part is that I probably enjoy the bread more than the stuffing. It is firm enough to hold everything together and soft enough to not exercise your jaw. FYI, my favorite is the Koko Head with extra oregano. The only thing missing here is soup. Overall five stars. The food is great, the people working there are great. M

Ordered online for pick up. They apparently didn't see the order until person was there to pick up. Thankfully sandwiches were made quickly. I ordered a Reuben sandwich unfortunately there was NO sauerkraut in it.Other than that it tasted fine bread is good.

Located in Pearl Kai Shopping Center. This is one of my favorite sandwich places for the fact that it's close, they make their own breads and the sandwich is good. There sandwich's are big. It not the normal 6 inch that you get at other places. The half is an 8' packed with whatever you want to add in. My favorite is the turkey plus with extra papaya dressing on it. I'm not the typically sandwich eater so I don't load it up with everything. My next go to is her amazing meat balls. It's not on the menu as an option but I typically go there just for the meat balls .... Hence I'll order a meat ball sandwich with no bread! lol which sometimes they look at me funny but depending on whom is working they will put it in a container or put make up there own idea of just the meat ball orders. Either way it's amazing to just eat them by themselves. I have to mention that the owner bakes the bread which is fluffy and flaky. It's light in a sense so you don't feel like you just ate a ton of bread. Not the cheapest but still good and better than the franchise brands.

Stopped by for lunch on a Tuesday afternoon. Not too busy and there was only 3 people working. Really small shop across from Aloha Affordable vet. There were a lot of options but only one choice of bread. The half sub was huge and the price is the same for them all. I got the aunty with jalepeno cheese and mustard. My boyfriend had the italiano with Italian dressing and Monterey Jack cheese. Our only complaint is that there was hardly any meat. It wasn't a bad sub, the bread was nice and soft and it tasted good but for the bread to topping ratio, it's just not worth the price to me. Glad we tried it and it was a filling lunch.

Sandwiches are really good here! Saves me a drive to Storto's in Haleiwa! However, they need to work on their customer service here at Ohana Sub. When I walked in, I noticed that the place was unusually packed...like all their tables were taken, so I was a little shocked by that. Anyway, I walked in and walked straight to the register to order since there was no one in line. I noticed two women working near the register, both making sandwiches. I understand they may have been busy making sandwiches, but I waited at the register for almost 10 minutes. There wasn't even a, "Be right with you!", nothing...It's easy to at least say that much! When the local lady finally came to take my order, she wasn't very nice. Maybe they were short staffed? I don't know...but even acknowledging that would have sufficed! Not to be that person, but to whom this may concern, you need to work on your communication skills and customer service...At least at Storto's, they make you feel welcomed. Think I just might take that drive to Haleiwa next time and give THEM my business!

Wanted to try a sandwich shop that's local instead of franchise. Stopped in to grab an Italiano, Uncle, and Turkey (salad). Came home to discover it wasn't an Italiano but whatever it was was in fact very good! The half size portion is very big... big enough to share if you aren't starved. The shop is very clean and tidy with ample seating. You can order ahead, but we ordered at the counter. Staff was very nice.

I love sub sandwiches and I'm happy I got to try this place! It's similar to Stortos and a good alternative if you don't want to drive out to town or the north shore. It's a small sandwich shop with counter seating and 6-8 tables located in Pearl Kai shopping center with lots of parking. Luckily, I beat the crowd because after I ordered my food, there was a long line... They have a huge menu so it was a little overwhelming, but I went with the Italiano because I love pepperoni and salami. I also added all the veggies (lettuce, tomato, onion, & bell peppers) with papaya seed dressing and pepper jack cheese. I know a sub sandwich is good when the veggies are crisp and fresh so that's a plus with this spot! The sandwiches are HUUUGE!!! I only ate half of the half sub and saved the rest for dinner. The staff were also friendly and quick at making the sandwiches. Next time I come back I will be more adventurous to try their other subs! The names of each sub is also very creative :)

We found Ohana Sub through Yelp when I had a craving for sandwiches one Sunday. It seemed like the perfect spot, especially since we love supporting local, small businesses, and it was conveniently located near where we planned to be during lunch hour. When we walked in, the place had a cute, homely vibe, and the smell of fresh sandwich ingredients filled the air, which was definitely inviting. The menu offers a lot of options, almost overwhelming at first, but everything was clearly laid out on the board, and some of the sandwiches had fun, quirky names. We were excited to give this place a try. However, when we mentioned it was our first time there, the cashier didn't seem to acknowledge or engage with us much. She took our order in a very robotic way, which was a little disappointing since we were hoping for a warmer, more welcoming experience. What made it more noticeable was that after we ordered, another customer came in, also for the first time, and the cashier was much more attentive with him. She took the time to explain the menu and recommend sandwiches based on his preferences. We didn't get that kind of service, and it left us feeling a bit overlooked. Had we received the same treatment, this review would have likely been very different. As for the food itself, I enjoyed my sandwich, it was fresh and tasty, but my other half felt his could have used a lot more sauce. He likes bold, flavorful sandwiches, and despite asking for extra sauce, it seemed to be lacking. He ended up adding some from home after we took the sandwiches back, which made his experience a bit underwhelming. I did tell him that next time he should try something else and maybe his experience would be a little different.I'd be open to giving Ohana Sub another try when I'm in the mood for a sandwich, but I'm not sure the rest of my family will be as eager to return. It has potential, but our experience this time just missed the mark in terms of service and flavor.

The subs are drop your jaw HUGE! Very tasty, hand made, wonderful personalized service, and comfortable setting. I consistently get an Italiano fully loaded, cut in 1/4s, wrapped in 1/2; a quarter sandwich is a solid meal!

Thank you to the Ladies of Ohana Sub!!! I had been thinking about having a sub sandwich, but the question was where do I go. I heard about Ohana from Instagram. Talked to my husband and took a drive down to Pearl Kai Shopping Center and ordered their BOLO Sub (Massive ) Delicious!!! We had ours with the Sesame Seed Dressing. But the funniest part is we were use to others Sub Sandwich places on the size of the Sub we order Full and not Half. But that's Okaky!!!
