This place is overly priced. Shop at other locations before purchasing anything here. I found two other locations for 1/2 the price cheaper than this place calling them self outlet! It's BS.

I found a handful of souvenirs that I had seen at different tourist shops around the island for a cheaper price here. I bought a coconut shell candle, magnets and a postcard. They have a wide selection of matching hawaiin shirts ($30) and dresses, I would check this place out to get a sense of prices before visiting other souvenir shops offered on island tours.

We ended up coming here twice on our visit to Oahu. While overall I think it was one of the better gift shops we stopped in at, I give it a 4/5 and have to agree with others that the older woman that works there can be a little much with either trying to watch or help you shop. However, I have no idea what kinds of issues they may've had in the past with shoplifting, so it was partially understandable. On our first trip, the younger of the two ladies was very helpful in helping me pick out a dress for the luau we booked (even though she was a little pushy on buying two dresses), and helped me to the changing room to try on a few options. Being a bigger girl, I wasn't expecting to see one-size-fits-all dresses, and only went in expecting to get some souvenirs. Their shirt and dress designs were better than the others we'd seen, and they've got great tote bags - on our last day there, we made a special trip just so I could buy my own!

What an awful lady the cashier was so rude and was yelling at me and another customer. First off she really rudely pointed at the credit card minimum as if I didn't see that and made a mistake! I purchased well over ten dollars worth of products! After she realized her mistake I didn't not get an apology or anything! That annoyed me but then I purchased three crystals which came in small boxes that she packed. The boxes have some kind of weird substance on it and I asked her if she had any more. She started yelling at me and muttering how it's all the same and as she was switching it out she started banging my CRYSTALS on the counter!! I just told her it's fine because I didn't want her to break my purchase and have that be another issue. She was also screaming at this girl trying on a ring!! The poor girl just put her phone down to try it on! I bought from here to support a small business but I almost asked for a refund! I didn't because I don't know what kind of tricks she would pull! DONT COME!

Last night was a great and peaceful evening. The vibe is hip and simply a juanderful (wonderful) evening for the bandits. Until we came cross to this gift shop store...~I would love to give this store -5 star if that choice is obtainable in here. First of all, we always tried the best we can to be more respectful and have an Aloha vibe wherever store we gonna visit. But you cannot please everybody as the saying goes. This (chinese/korean/taiwanese/japanese, not sure what she is) woman came to us the moment we entered the place and we immediately told her what we're looking for then guide us to go inside further more to show the thing but after we are skeptical and we don't like the design that they had. At first things are smooth when suddenly I heard confrontation and I can feel the tension of the commotion happened on the back alley not knowing it's my bandit and this woman. FF....we didn't know that taking photo in this store is prohibited. Woman insisted that there is a sign in the front before we enter and when we came out to see, dang!!!!! We didn't noticed it coz it's written in a small font! WTH... It's really fine to confront consumers but not in a rude way. This woman almost shouted and my bandit ask her where is her Aloha spirit. She should be telling people in a calm manner not in a way where she wants us to embarrass to other people. What a BRUSQUE CHURLISH asian woman she is! Other customers are bothered all of a sudden wonderin' what happen. I mean I saw others taking a snap too but why is it that she hadn't say anything to them. Whoever that woman is, she's a total crap. She don't impose Aloha spirit at all. Never mind spending our time in this store again. There are way better store than this and more friendlier staffs and good customer service.~Mahalo & HAPPY JUANDERING fellow yelpers!juanderbandit.world

This is our favorite place for buying Aloha shirts. We found this great store before pandemic so we made a special point of finding it again this year. Great selection. My very tall husband bought 6 shirts!
