Ohana Burger

This place is so bad. The burgers are no taste, no flavor! Don't waste your money and time here, you're better off buying food from subway or dominos.

Pookie and Samuel provided great service and cooked a great burger. Will be back to try the granny burger over easy w/ avocado

Great food. Tasty and fresh. The new chef is doing a great job. It is conveniently located, quick but not too quick, so you know it is good. Very friendly. Wonderful to see a vegetarian option. Thank you! I'll be back.

The staffing and overall physical business structure appears to be thrown together. Although the food was eatable I would stand clear from trying it again. I ordered a simple "Baby burger" and fries. It took 20 mins with only one small order ahead of mine. The burger bun was abnormally/noticeably cold which made the experience even less enjoyable. Suggestion would be for a revaluation from the franchisee along with some hands on training on basic food preparation. Only reason I'm giving it an elevated 2 stars is because the young lady helping me was polite.

I ordered a bacon cheese burger and did not get the bacon. However I am not upset with that. While the food tastes good the service this afternoon was not the best. Totally different from my first experience here. The staff member was short and dismissive. It may have been annoying that I asked to take some stuff after I put in the order. However I was the only customer at the time. I realize that it is hot but as a former food service worker you don't show your frustration to you customers even if they walk in 5 minutes before close.

The wait is a little long, but I ordered during a rush. Burger was really good Juicy and fresh

Tried this Ohana Burger on Hickam. Very disappointed with the food. The staff were so helpful and enthusiastic. They just need serious training, and every once and awhile an unannounced check. With good professional training you'll not only have good food and service you'll have good repeat customers.

I don't like giving 2 stars to businesses, especially after that one owner pushed back on me last year, but this truck was good,... not great.I got the Grannies burger. The burger patty did have nice flavor, but the rest of the sandwich wasn't very good. Fried egg was not good at all (tasted like soap)Price: crazy. For $14, I want something I want to go back for. If it were $9-10, I'd be okay with 3 stars

The worse customer service ever. Girl showed up at 10:00...opened at 10:00. 30 minutes later got my order, soda machine sprayed everywhere..."Oh I forgot" she said. I won't be back.

Ohana burger is amazing; with a business like this I'm so surprised they haven't been shut down or forced to close. If you want a cool 48 quarters for food poisoning this is the place. I would rather starve than eat here again. I will say they have some amazing resolve, I am honestly surprised they still have the lights on.
