Mouthwatering. If heaven could be tasted, then I had a piece of it. My friend who lives in the area introduced me to Off the Hook. A hole-in-the-wall restaurant, it's right across the street from Safeway (with a view of Diamond Head!). It's designed to be a take-out restaurant with a couple of small tables right outside to eat, though that did not stop the workers there from providing professional service to us.I got the regular-sized Cold Ginger Ahi and Spicy Ahi bowl. The quality of the fish was top-notch, genuinely the best raw fish I've ever tasted. The poke instantly melted in my mouth right away, as well as the pre-marinated flavors that beautifully paired with the fish. This should be at everyone's top of their itinerary when they visit Oa'hu, I rest my case.

Solid poke. I like that they give you a choice of rice. Unique flavors also. The service is very friendly. Bowls are large enough to share if you do food tours like I do around the island. Casual. Parking at the grocery store across the street. Please come and create your own experience.

Small little spot that serves some fire poke. You order and they scoop up your order right after fairly quickly. The line gets long sometimes but it moves quick! Got the shoyu and spicy ahi tasted super fresh, poke comes packed with flavor with plenty of rice to scoop all that ahi up. The little bits and toppings that they add go very well with the poke as well. Def worth a visit if you're in the area of if you're looking for a good poke spot on the island

This poke market is located in the heart of Manoa across the street of Manoa Marketplace. They only have a window for ordering and about five tables outside for dining that can seat about 2 people per table. They are very organized and have a great system of how they take orders and work really quickly. One person places the rice (white rice, brown rice, green salad, or sushi rice (Extra $1) into the plastic container, another person places the fish into the container, and another person will add toppings (massage, furikake, green onion, puff rice) and takes the payment. On this visit, I ordered a regular plate with 2 choices (Spicy Ahi & Hawaiian) over sushi rice. The fish was very fresh and the sushi rice also had some kind of flavor and rice vinegar. My poke bowl had a lot of flavors going on. Everything was very tasty.I also ordered the spicy ahi bombs. This was just okay. There wasn't enough spicy ahi on the top. It was very minimal and there were too many sesame seeds in the rice for my liking. The flavor was good but I could feel all of the sesame seeds in every bite. I ended up eating only half of the bomb with all of the spicy ahi because it was so little to begin with. The employees were nice and the poke bowl was good but I probably will not order the spicy ahi bombs again. They do have a long line most times which moves rather quickly but it seems as though many come to have their poke.

The hype is real! Quality poke in the middle of Manoa!Located next to another Manoa icon, Andy's Sandwiches this place is literally just a takeout window that offers poke bowl & poke by weight. There's gonna be a line but, it goes by fast since they only serve ready made food. We opted for the regular poke bowl, chose half spicy ahi, half Hawaiian with sushi rice. All for $20! We loved the added touch of the toppings (green onions, tempura flakes, green onion, & tobiko). The fish was super fresh, the spicy ahi was creamy and not too spicy. The Hawaiian had onion & limu (seaweed). They have a variety of poke with most being ahi. They do have tako (octopus) poke as well. Their also have sushi rice and regular rice available for poke bowls. They did have a hint of green in the rice but we weren't sure what was added to make it green. Lastly, if you want to try a little bit of everything (all 9 poke) they do offer a poke sampler for $45.Overall, hubby & I loved it! Great quality, reasonable prices, and quick service. We can't wait to come back to try more flavors!

Came by to give it a try cause some friends recommended it! When we got there around 12:30pm there was a little line, but nothing crazy maybe a 5 minute wait since it moving pretty quickly. I got the regular with sushi rice and two choices of poke. I got the ginger cold ahi and the spicy ahi. And I got all of the free topping options as well. The fish was super fresh and sushi rice is a must. Only thing is that it's a bit pricy. For 3 people which included 1 Keiki and 2 regulars was a total of $62 because the add on prices as well. It's a good try though, I'd also recommend trying it. Parking is across the street since there's a huge shopping plaza.

Came here on the recommendation of a local sales associate. I love that you can choose the base! I had brown rice with ginger ahi and spicy ahi poke. I have to say that the ginger ahi was life-changing. It's basically Hainanese or Singaporean chicken but with ahi! The toppings were also free which is an added bonus. Would come back.

This was my first stop when I arrived to Honolulu. The service was great and I loved all the fresh options! This place keeps a steady line, that's how you know it's good. We were able to sit outside and enjoy our food while enjoying the views of the Mānoa Valley. I devoured my poke and rice!!!!! 12/10 -- so good! FYI - Most people park in the Safeway lot and walk across as there is limited parking in the lot behind the business.

In Manoa by Andy's and Starbucks, Off the Hook has a pretty consistent line of customers throughout the day. There is parking at the Manoa Shopping Center across the street and a few tables outside but not many. It would probably be a good idea to have somewhere else in mind to take your poke since these tables might be taken. This popular poke shop is pretty tiny and serves out of a window. It has an array of flavors and different sizes you can purchase for your poke bowl. I got the wasabi furikake ahi and spicy ahi flavors with all the toppings (furikake, tobiko, etc.) on white rice. The mini was a bit pricey for me and not super filling. The poke was decent but not my favorite on the island.
