I would have given a five, but the day before they cancelled our 4:30 pm and we could only go at 7 am. We had to get up at 4:00am to be there and forfeit a prepaid breakfast. Once we got there Kevin and crew were great. I grew up around boats and it's obvious Kevin is a good skipper. We were there for a whale watching, like always you can't depend on the whales to actually show up. Our whales didn't show. But Kevin took us to a place where there are sharks and he was able to get a couple to come to the boat, we also saw two sea turtles. No complaints in the actual excursion.

Great experience doing the cage free shark tour. Crew was fun and made me feel comfortable/safe diving in with sharks. They also make the quick trip over to the sharks fun, so even if you have someone not going on, they'll still have a great boat experience and see sharks from inside the boat.

I reluctantly agreed to go on a cage free shark diving adventure with my girlfriend, and I couldn't be happier that I did. The safety crew, photographer and captain were all extremely friendly, smart and safe. Listened to music while having a fun boat ride out about 3 miles from shore, even spotted some whales! Then when we arrived we had shark activity immediately and then the fun began. The safety crew was in first and they kept a very diligent and watchful eye on us. Unreal experience thanks to Ocean Outfitters, I would love to do it again!

I came visiting from California Do not hesitate or even second-guess or question yourself .This is something you must experience for yourself.Today was the best Saturday in my life one of my dreams came true today .Kevin who is the captain of his boat provides their own snorkel and fins so don't worry if you don't have your own. Such a fun vibe and great energy on the boat. The ride to the sharks was more fun than a roller coaster experience Let me tell you music bumping, joy and laughter in the air .most importantly the captain Kevin and deck hands on the boat are professional and know exactly what they are doing.I'm definitely coming back in December and use their services for sure a repeat every time I come visit the North shore

We had an amazing experience snorkeling with them!They took us to a quite place at Waimea bay where we swam with turtles, millions of fish and dolphins. They were highly attentive and accommodating and super friendly with all of us my little girl was a bit scared of snorkeling with all the fish, so let us sit on top of the boat and we had a VIP view of the turtles and all the fish swirling around us. Thank you for an amazing experience. We will be back

It was definitely a lot of fun especially if you are a great swimmer/diver and you enjoy these kind of activities. We swam with maybe 8 galapagos sharks and few fishes. The crew was also amazing and chill. Took my whole family and we all enjoyed it. I definitely recommend.

We had a blast! The Ocean Outfitters team was welcoming and professional, kept the trip on schedule, and provided clean/well-fitting gear. The sharks didn't disappoint--we had several swimming with us and quite close. We got plenty of time with them, and the trainers did a great job of keeping everybody safe. We also saw dolphins and humpback whales on our trip, lucky! We'd do it again in a heartbeat.

Great tour, we booked the whale watching tour unfortunately we didn't get to see any but we did saw some sharks and had a great experience all along the boat was nice not the biggest but I feel it was better than the other boats and the staff it's awesome , Tyler was our capital along with this beautiful lady (I didn't catch her name ) they were both awesome. This was the activity that my kids enjoyed the most from our trip hand down I will recommend it .
