Did an online order on 11/29. No word on my order so I emailed them. Wow, out of stock! I was given the option to purchase something else or get refund. I asked for a refund and still not have received a dime!

Personalization is the reason I'm a crafter...I can't say I love jewelry I don't have a lot of pieces though for the ones that I do have is personalize and has special meanings behind them and only the ones that are wearing them understands the representation of them which makes it extra special...which is why I was just surprised by Ocean Creations.After a very long day at work I needed something at Ala Moana Center then decided to have a sip of coffee at Island Brew Coffeehouse and decided to chill at one of their window seating that got me to notice Ocean Creations right across...hm!? Thinking it's another jewelry store I just decided to see what they have and it wasn't at all what I expected.As soon as I walk in I see pieces of charms and power stones which apparently is an experience for you to build your own charm bracelet...majority are gold filled but there are a few silver plated.They're also many pieces that are made including collections section for the horoscope lovers, angel numbers, and even a little chart of some info of power stone meanings which is kinda my thing that I do like.As I browsed and browsed as there is so much to see I noticed a little bowl filled with pieces of chains that I realized were rings...Oo! there are a few that had power stone on them but one had a tiny bow and just absolutely fell in love with it very simple and dainty but not clunky it was just the ring I was looking for. Very clever and cute with a touch of kawaii I was happy!Be yourself and shine here you'll find your own uniqueness!Thank you!

The girls working here were so kind and helpful. They helped my daughter pick out her bracelet. Highly recommend!! My only recommendation would be to have a tipping option at check out!! I wanted to tip our sales girl but didn't have cash!! :)

This store is the cutest! Support locally owned jewelry businesses rather than big corporations, especially in Hawaii. Every time you walk into the store, you are greeted by one of the girls and they're willing to assist customers with any needs or questions. There's a lot of fine pieces to look at which can be overwhelming but they are readily available to help you out if needed. Prices range but I believe most of the metals are tarnish free meaning you get your money's worth even if it's not pure gold. Of course you should take care of your jewelry accordingly--ask them what maintenance looks like. Lots of jewelry can be customized and is handmade. They have permanent jewelry, charm bracelets, rings necklaces, etc. I've seen various lettering and personalized writing too. I've been to both locations & I finally got my permanent anklet! It was $60 for the chain + $10 for the charm. I'm excited to come back for more charms and even another stacked layer. FYI they have a policy for when your permanent jewelry ever breaks you can come back in to get it fixed. Such a great deal compared to prices in the mainland! Thanks OC. I love my new addition!

Thank you Ocean Creations for the amazing experience. My sister surprised me with a booking to ocean creations for my 33rd birthday. We made custom phone cases with charms from the charm bar. The workers came around and made sure they had the correct phone case sizes for your case. Then we began the experience of creating custom phone cases with the charms from the charm bar. It was an intimate experience with about 10 people at the Ka Makana Ali'i location. We were served Champagne, Hors d'oeuvres, and we got to choose from a beautiful collection of charms for our phone cases.The owner was there as well. She was helpful during the experience and knowledgeable about jewelry. The owner was able to create beautiful custom jewelry during the experience as well.Thank you Ocean Creations for making my 33rd birthday celebration special. I highly recommend this experience:)

girl nvm i paid $80 for a bracelet that fell apart in a week. i wasn't doing anything crazy. just fell off my wrist. before that a charm had come off literally a day after i had gotten it. i think if i used elmer's glue and some leaves to make a bracelet it would be sturdier
