THANK YOU JENN, CHEF JASON, & QUEENIE...for making Devin's 16th birthday Xtra Special and oh so delicious! He absolutely loved it and the Fam got to benefit as well! Dinner was Yummilicious, tropical drinks were delicious, ambiance and location was spectacular! Devin was surprised and this was Such a wonderful memory for ALL! Thank you all! Everything was absolutely perfect! I had a surprise picnic on the beach for my girlfriend and she loved it! The set up with the "Ultimate" package + celebration add on was just right. From the view, to the drinks and snacks included. Would highly recommend Oasis Picnics if you are looking to do a beach picnic (or a picnic in general where you don't need to be responsible for setting up and packing up). We flew in from California so being able to have the team coordinate and set everything up just made everything so much more stress free.Thank you again for all that you did and I will highly recommend your service to family and friends :)MAHALO!

We came to celebrate our 10 year anniversary, on our last day here we got to enjoy and relax and really takeIn the beautiful scenery! We loved that we were able to play music from her Bluetooth speaker , watched the sunset , we also booked our pictures through her and can not wait to see them !!!! It was a perfect ending to our week long vacation!

I AM HORRIBLE AT PLANNING THINGS! Which is why it was so amazing to find Oasis Picnics. I wanted to do something special for my wife's 40th, and they supported me all the way. From the begin, it seemed clear that this wasn't a part of the planning I needed to worry about. They walked me through everything, and came up huge when we lost our original chef. On the day of the event, the setup was ready early with no hassle, and everything went super smooth. We did a small four person dinner in my yard in Ewa, but they completely transformed it into something so much more. I would, without hesitation, recommend them for any special occasion...it took so much stress and work off my plate and they executed perfectly!

Loved this picnic so much! Really appreciated the ease about navigating my gluten and dairy allergies, and the quick responses as I was planning this. It turned out perfect, and we used the conversation cards provided to have some fun conversations. Highly recommend!

Set up materials were nice but in a sketchy type setting in a very crowded and slightly dirty space. I paid for an upgrade in food and it was left in the sun before we got there and most of it was inedible. It was very expensive and we ended up leaving after 30 minutes because it was set up in an uncomfortable/inappropriate place, ppl were staring at us and getting quite close to our site and it was not at all how the pictures portray it online. Very disappointed. Jenn was nice to refund us for the food but we paid hundreds of dollars for this luxury experience which was not luxury or even remotely private and didn't enjoy a second of it or get partially refunded for the whole experience being unromantic or unenjoyable.

I am so glad I've booked Oasis picnic in setting up a surprise for my wife! They have made a dream come true with a picnic one can only imagine, a beautiful scene on the beach of Oahu, picnic setting that is picturesque, and the team of Oasis picnic gives you the attention, professionalism, friendliness, kind hearted care a customer really wants and needs to have their dreams come true for loved ones. They will grant your wishes as best as they can, everything from personal catering, chef, musicians, photography, etc. Bottom line, they will make a fairytale come true! Special. Jenn and her team went above and beyond to make me and my guests (5) were treated like VIPs. Excellent communication and organization. All of my (many) questions were answered. The location was great, even though it was a public beach, we felt it secluded and private enough. Oasis supplied us with a beautiful, comfortable and clean set-up. It was awsome to just show up and all the work was done!! Oasis was respectful of the environment - not being disruptive and using mindfulI practice. I reccomended them to friends who also had an amazing time. We will us this service again when we return to the island. Will attach photos

There's a reason why I gave Oasis a 1 star. First of all, I have to say, horrible communication between the owner and their team. I booked with Oasis a week in advance thinking since I don't live there, maybe they can help plan everything out for me and I don't have to stress about it. During my phone conversation with the owner, we discussed about a private chief, a private location, having sparkling water instead of juices, and a bakery that can customize a cake. I decided to skip on the private chief because it was extremely expensive. As for the cake, she promised me a bakery that will bake me a cake, so therefore I messaged her a photo of the cake I had in mind, and she stated no problem. As the time was approaching near, I have not heard any updates on a set location. Two days before the event, I sent out two messages to give me an update, still no answer. The owner didn't have the time to call me up, so she had her worker personally called me to let me know that they don't have a location set and stone for me. (In my head, you had time to plan out and if there's no straight answer, don't beat me around the bush) Ok, had I not follow up with the owner, who knows she may quietly charge me extra and not even tell me. (the additional fee was about $500 on top of the package you booked for) So I asked the worker about the cake, she flat out told me she will be the one making the cake. (Are they trying to cheat me?!?!? So, does that mean the owner never had a bakery in mind?!?) At this point, I'm like whatever just find me a public beach location and go from there. I came way too far, I have my family with me, and I'm not gonna let this ruin my vacation. They finally texted me the location and let me know when everything was set and ready to go. The location was nice, the set up was exactly how they advertised on their site, and they even have extra stuff you can do during your time there. What I'm not impressed was, the cake. I asked for a round rustic style cake, and I received a square cake w/ heavy melted frostings. The cake tasted like it was straight out from the box with premade store bought frostings. The charcuterie meat looks like it was sitting in the heat for way too long so we didn't touch that. There was no sparkling water that I requested for. I feel like this was planned out very sloppy with little to no communication at all. This is the reason why I refuse to give you 5 stars. Do I recommend them, maybe not due to their lack of communication. Was the price worth it, maybe not with Oasis. Loved, loved, LOVED our picnic!! I was slightly hesitant because I wanted lots of extra add-ons which were costly. This was a celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary alongside our two teenage sons. It was such a special occasion that I went all in and I am so glad I did!The setting for the picnic was stunning. It was at a beach that is not popular to tourists because it's out of the way but that was perfect because it felt like a private beach (there were two or three other families there but everybody was really spaced out and it didn't feel like others were infringing on our event). We went with a bohemian-themed setting and it was gorgeous against the sand and water. I also added on the game package for cornhole and a hammock. It was really fun playing cornhole with my family for a couple of hours.We Also ordered dinner through the agency and it was delicious! The chef called and asked what our interest were and if there were any dietary needs. He was very accommodating. We even had a special juice made for us that is local and not something we can get at home due to the types of fruits used.The agency also partners with a local photographer where you can purchase photo sessions. We added this on to our package since we were celebrating a special occasion. The pictures are stunning! I'm so glad we added that on because we rarely get nice photos of the floor of us let alone in such a beautiful setting.Oasis Picnics is AMAZING!! The communication was great. The owners answered all of my questions the beginning and as the date neared, provided all of the details we needed to know. They were nearby our picnic of we needed something, but out of sight and never interrupted. Oasis Picnics was the highlight of our trip thanks to the memories we made during our event. I can't recommend them enough-- you'll be glad you booked them, just like I was!!
