Oahu Party Rentals was the best choice for my family get together at Magic Island. The communication did feel a little last minute for me, but on the day of they were not only super communicative but they also came early when I requested. My family was impressed with how professional everything was and Jon was so so nice!! The price for the Ohana rental was affordable and the perfect pick for my family.

Let me save you some shopping time - I've already done it for you!Pricing was very reasonable and the quotes came with photos of what they offer. Shawntel was great communicating with me on multiple occasions. They had everything I needed and the guys set up for my event punctually and professionally. Jon was outstanding - both of the set up crew were very efficient, even through some challenges within our yard space. I am extremely happy with Oahu Party Rentals and plan on using them again later this year. Highly recommended :)

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE FOR ANY REASON!!!Is this place even real? No one answers the phone! No one returns calls! No one replies to emails! We made a booking and foolishly paid in full... we have been trying to cancel our reservation for 3 weeks and have had zero contact with anyone at this company! We have called multiple times, left multiple voicemails, sent multiple emails and have had ZERO response!These 5 star reviews have to be fake, there is absolutely no way this is a real company! We are now contacting BBB and having to dispute the charge with our bank!Please learn from our mistake and DO NOT BOOK THIS COMPANY!! If I could give zero stars, I would!

Great experience with our rental. We booked a Pop up package last minute for our multi-family Thanksgiving and everything was super easy. Arrived exactly on the scheduled time to set up Thanksgiving day, gave us great advice about best layout for our space, then picked up on time the next morning. Exceptional holiday service with aloha!

COMPLETELY FAKE COMPANY! Booked one of their packages for my wedding last year and they never showed up nor did they respond to any phone calls or emails! Thankfully I only paid the deposit and was able to get it back by disputing it with my bank. PLEASE READ THESE REVIEWS BEFORE BOOKING WITH THEM AND BEING ANOTHER VICTIM.

Most DEFINITELY recommend this locally-owned 'ohana business! Super affordable & on-time!! We ordered tables and chairs and they even accommodated our last minute request to add on a tent the day before our event. We used Oahu Party Rentals for my daughter's 10th birthday. They were fantastic. They delivered and picked up on time and the equipment was in good condition and the chairs looked new. They even threw in a large cooler we hadn't ordered which ended up coming in handy. We'll definitely be using them for our next party!

They don't contact anyone back I ordered fromThe website got a receipt email and no response I've been emailing calling and no one has gotten back to me and my son's party is this Friday..

My son got married and I called Oahu party rentals for equipment..Everything was great! Shawntel was very friendly,helpful, informative and gave great suggestions.. my delivery was late due to unexpected circumstances but they were very apologetic, kept me updated and did an amazing job of making more than one trip to get all the equipment I rented to us... The driver Jon was also patient with me as I called him multiple times, he still remained professional and friendly.. I'd definitely recommend this company..Thank you Oahu party rentals!

I can't say enough about this company. Their customer service is top notch. Placing our order was super simple. Shawntel replied via email and even had our tables and chairs delivered a day earlier at no charge. The tables and chairs were very clean and in good shape...much better than the last company we rented from. The owner (Jon) and his daughter (Kiana) came by to pick up the tables and chairs today.
