I wanted to make sure I leave a review for Oahu Jump to highlight not only their professionalism, great customer service but overall the "ohana" feel that they provide their customers from the first contact to the last. I was one of the coordinators for our school fair and last minute I had to find a vendor for our school dunk tank. Although I was able to find a company that was slightly cheaper than Oahu Jump, Sara from the first call answered all my questions and was even prompt with sending over our price quote so I could get things processed. Their reviews are 100% honest and after my own experience of working with them I wanted to do my part and help other customers. I will be honest, when we received the dunk tank, we found there was a slit in the tarp that leaked out water as we were fillingit up. After contacting Sara, Kimo was able to come out and fix everything before our event even started. We ended the night with satisfied families at the fair and the dunk tank being one of the highlights of the night. Thank you Oahu Jump for such an exceptional service. You have the right people. My experience with Sara, Kimo and the setup crew was nothing short of amazing. I will make sure to spread the word and come back for more.

We rented a foam machine from Oahu Jump. The company was very responsive and prompt with delivery, set up and drop off. It worked as advertised and all of the kids had the best time! Definitely recommend.

Last year for my sister's 40th birthday, my sister wanted an inflatable water slide for her party. She claimed it was for my grandsons but I beg to differ because she's young at heart. Fast forward to this year, our youth ministry was discussing on possible ideas for an after activity event after our quarterly adopt-a-highway. Someone mentioned a water slide inflatable and I immediately remembered Oahu Jumps.Sara was in steady contact with me via text and email by providing quotes and answering questions. As soon as I got the go-ahead to reserve, the online process was simple and Sara also accommodated the times I requested. The water slide setup by Keoki was quick and efficient. He also called prior to setting up as well as picking up. I used Oahu Jump for the first time and am blown away by their over and above generosity to ensure our birthday celebration was a success. WeGot our bounce house earlier then expected and since (of all weekends) it rained ... they gave us a little more time just to ensure the kids had fun. They are so friendly and constantly checked in to make sure we were okay. The bounce house was clean... and exactly as described on website. You won't be disappointed by booking them! Thank you guys again sooooo much... for everything. We truly appreciate it!!

We booked their 40ft obstacle jumper. Kids (and adults) of all ages loved it!Easy to book online! We needed a last minute jumper for our baby's first bday party and thankfully they were available! They set up a day early free of charge when it was convenient for us. They mostly used text to communicate, which was convenient and easy. They made it so easy for us and were so friendly and helpful. Next party, definitely will be going with them again and would love to try one of their water slides.

We wanted the 18foot high, 40 foot long water slide and it was an absolutely hit! They dropped it off a day earlier which was fantastic. They set it up quick and broke it down quickly too. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had it for my sons 9th birthday and his classmates are still talking about how much fun it was. We will definitely be renting again very soon! Oahu Jump was excellent from before booking to our party. I was first contacted by text and email from Sara after filling out their online form. I loved the communication through text as I have a very active toddler and it was just so easy to ask questions. Sara showed much patience in answering my many questions. When the day of the party came, I received a phone call from the set up crew letting me know they were on their way. They were right on time to set up and pick up and super efficient. The kids and my son loved the bounce house. We got the island one and it was not your ordinary bounce house, so much fun! Lastly, they were very affordable, even on a holiday weekend. I would highly recommend!!

Minus two stars for miscommunication and the jumper deflating on top the kids...Oahu Jump is one of the companies that's on the more expensive end compared to other bounce house companies out there. But, they offered more variety and better quality. So, we decided to pay the extra money for the bounce house we wanted from a company with so many good reviews. Pre party communication was good. Sara was the peasant on the phone and responded within a reasonable time via email. Ordered and paid for the bouncer online. They had a whole questionnaire to fill out prior to ordering.After speaking with them, I was told I needed to purchase a sandbag (which was not cheap) to hold the bouncer down in our indoor venue. I am all for safety so, obviously I paid for it. Fast forward to the day of the party. The delivery was on time and the set up crew was nice.Here's where it got a little sticky. ......Like mentioned above, we had an indoor venue. I was watching the two workers blow everything up and noticed there's was no sandbag. The set up crew told me that since I had an indoor venue , I didn't need a sandbag. I was confused but I didn't question them cause, what do I know they are the experts right. I also asked if they were going to tape down the extension cord so the kids don't trip on it. They said no. I decided to call the main number at Oahu jump to let them know that I didn't get a sandbag and how would I get reimbursed for it. The man on the phone told me that I needed the sandbag to hold the bouncer down regardless. I was like ok, but the set up crew left. The man on the phone said he will call them. I get a call couple minutes later and the man tells me he's just going to reimburse me. I guess the set up crew disagreed with him or something. The party goes on and sure enough, the bouncer starts sliding when the kids are inside. As the bouncer slowly slid more and more... boom the extension cord that wasn't taped down fell out the socket and the bounce house started to collapse on the kids! All the adults go rushing to pull the kids out while other try to hurry up and turn the blower back on. It was pretty scary and embarrassing as the host.I ended up taping down the extension cord and had two big male guests stand at the bounce house the whole party to push it back into place over and over again whenever it started sliding. Would I use this company again? Probably yes, but I would advocate for a sandbag regardless for safety. I would also tape down the extension cord from the beginning for safety too.

Everything was so easy! We decided to get a bounce house fairly last minute. Oahu Jumpwas available and took care of everything. The bounce house was delivered on time and taken down before we had to leave the venue. The kids absolutely LOVED the bounce house. Thank you so much!!

We had no idea what we were going to do for my son's 2nd birthday and last minute we figured, why not a water slide?! We contacted Oahu jump and they accommodated our last minute idea and Sara was so amazing over the phone. Fast forward to my son's birthday--they came early to set up and let us keep it longer than agreed & thank god because it stormed for hours until we got to use it! The next day they came to pick it up and it was so hassle free! They were in and out in no time. They take care! Wouldn't recommend anyone else!
