Though we liked coming here at first, things deteriorated quickly. From instructors being stoned while teaching/coaching to an inability to communicate with parents except via email and not in person or on the phone to ridiculous make up and refund policies that encourage parents to bring sick keiki to camp and weekly classes. Likewise, I tried cancelling multiple times as they had a 30-day cancel policy only to be told I hadn't cancelled. Now I realize that its because so many parents before me have been unhappy hence their need to make so many one-sided policies. If they provided a good service they wouldn't need to entrap you or your kids, because they would have enough new students looking to enroll. As they said themselves "If you're unhappy with our policies, there's several other gyms on island you could check out to see if their policies better align with your needs."Better to go elsewhere. Parents beware.-- Response to their response: 5 missed classes and trying to placate me by offering me classes I don't want because of said coach, when I all I asked for was one parents night out in exchange. Your staff all clearly know who is stoned; all the keiki even know. Finally, holding a space for 3-5 months try more like 3-5 weeks. Again, this could have been a better dialogue in person or over the phone, but instead it was via email and now they are dishing over yelp. Like I said before better go elsewhere, parents beware.

Though the facility is nice and the coaches are nice, they don't allow makeup classes and assign the day of the week your child takes class. We were given Mondays, which were constantly canceled for holidays. My kindergartener catches colds at school (like all kids) and if we don't send him to class sick, we just lose out. With cancellations and a cold, we end up paying over $60 PER class (2 classes in a month)!!! It's just ridiculous and the company doesn't seem to think there's any problem with it.

Love this place. The coaches are young professionals and all of the kids loves coming here. The staff is knowledgeable, and they let the kids have fun while learning about Gymnastics & Ninja. Best prices for classes on the island!

We've had Coach Luis this past year and he's been absolutely amazing for the 6 to 8 year old ninja class! Sadly he left, and in his place is coach Nema who is restructuring the program. He is very condescending and overly stern and yells at them constantly. Sometimes they would stretch for 25 minutes in a one hour class and he would yell at them if they tried to talk to each other. It used to be such a fun outlet to learn climbing, jumping, swinging, etc. but now it breaks my heart when I pick up my son and he cries the whole way home because of how he's been treated after something he looked forward to the most. I recommended this class to everyone I knew last year, but now I would say to try Hawaii Academy in town for their ninja class!

We participated in the week long ninja summer camp (the hours were perfect for this two working parent family) and then we took a break. I thought my daughter would just want to just focus on school since in person classes were finally happening again, but she begged to go back Ninja. She has developed so much more confidence and pride in herself from the things she is accomplishing in her ninja class. Things she never tried in a regular gymnastics class. Absolutely recommend. She is looking forward to the winter break camp too.

This is such a great activity for kids of all ages. The facility is new and all the equipment is in excellent condition. The coaches are patient and kind to all of the little ones. The coach to child ratio is excellent. The ratio keeps the all the little feet moving in the right direction minimizing the bumps and unwanted tumbles. Definitely worth a try. They also do day camps and the prices are totally reasonable by Kailua standards. I am very vigilant when it comes to my little one and I am more than comfortable with how my child is cared for at Tumble Kids Kailua.

love this place so much for my little ones! They love all the coaches, they're all so good at making each kid feel encouraged and challenged in their own way! They're so welcoming, every time we come in someone makes sure the kiddos feel welcomed. We love how open the gym is to let in plenty of fresh air and allows for easy and convenient viewing of the entire gym! It's a great hidden gem in Kailua for kids of all ages!!

My child attended the ninja class for a year. We had a wonderful experience until recently, and withdrew from the class as a result. Our usual coach was wonderful, but he left without warning. No effort was made to communicate the change with the children/families. We had a couple of different/new coaches in the following weeks; they didn't bother to introduce themselves to the parents or make an effort to learn children's names, instead yelling out "sir" and "hey you" to get their attention. The class quality took a major nosedive in several ways, quickly depleting the fun factor with authoritarian-style instruction and far too much focus on correcting form and technique. My 6 year old attended ninja because it was a space for him to explore movement in big and different ways, keeping fun and safety in mind. NOT because we were trying to train the next ninja warrior or have him do the perfect split. The new spin on these classes was enough to consider leaving OGN, but the most alarming thing of all is the way the children were treated by the new coach and the owner's response to my concerns. I witnessed the new male coach yell at, belittle, threaten and ridicule the kids. Friends with children in other classes had the same experience. When I reached out to the owners, I was dismissed, told I didn't give the coach a chance. They were very much in defense of this coach (Nema), a guy who treated the children with such extreme disrespect it was painful to witness. While they made zero effort to look into the situation or reconcile any concerns, they also made the decision to leave an easy one. I would not ever consider classes at OGN again.

Brought my daughter here for the first time for a private tumbling lesson with Mackenzie the owner and this place is great. Don't judge a book by the cover, the outside seems a little strange because the area it's in is more industrial but the gym it's self is really cute and put together nicely. It seems fully equipped for tumbling gymnastics and this place would be really fun for birthday parties. There was also a summer camp taking place while we were there that looked fun. Mackenzie was really attentive and worked on the things we'd talked about before. Will definitely come back.
