North Shore Water Shed

This spot is located inside the lobby of the Turtle Bay Resort.This place actually has amazing selection, I was totally impressed! Usually all the surf shops have the same stuff- this location had an amazing assortment of sandals for men and women, snorkel & surf supplies, hats that actually said Hawaii in a modern way, tons of different brands and I even saw Mermaid tails for little girls!The prices on some stuff was totally reasonable and then a few random items I saw were super steep.Customer service was great, very genuine and honest. We went to a bunch of surf shops on our vacation and I could honestly say this was the best one with the most diverse selections and brands!

This store has some cute gear for the ladies as well as for the men. I went in this store quite a few times during our stay at Turtle Bay. I bought a couple of shirts for my brother, son and hats for my nephews. Service was great here! They were super friendly to my kids and answered any questions I had. Also, if you're a guest at the hotel they allow you to borrow a go pro for 24 hours. All you need is a memory card. Love this store!

We skipped the trucks and crowds at that sugarmill thing and went to a parking lot in lake. Worth it. So worth it.The next day we took a drive based on the other tips we got. :)

Rude customer service - gal with the short brown hair (working June 4th). If you want people to buy stuff, I would recommend not being rude to customers

Great stuff in this new shop at TBR. Very cool and helpful staff, especially the manager Liam who let us borrow his charger for a GoPro2 since we left it at home. This saved the kiddos vaca...thanks bud!

Items are overpriced for the quality compared to all but the worst kinds of tourist traps. Don't get tricked into thinking you have to pay more because it's an island--you can buy better, more culturally authentic, and even handmade gifts elsewhere. Yet somehow, the manager on the floor seemed to believe she was at Hawaii's finest boutique, because she obviously thought that customer service was below her.
