We had a last min reservation and they brought us 2 bikes to Turtle Bay in under an hour. Pricing was very reasonable and they make it super easy to return. We are locals and live on the other side of the island, will be returning customers for all our North Shore bike adventures! Thank you

Rented 2 e-bikes last weekend and couldn't bE happier. Wife and I were celebrating our 7 year anniversary and we've been wanting to cruise the N. Shore. Travis and Logan delivered the bikes to us. Both cool guys who showed up on time. Easy. My only regret is returning them so early! We had a blast and will definitely be recommending (and renting from) N. Shore Bike Rentals

North shore bike rentals is definitely where you should rent your bikes from on the north shore of Oahu! We rented through Joe, for my friend's birthday. He gave us a sweet deal for a tandem bike and two single bikes. He met us at sharks cove in Pupukea where he brought the bikes to us. He was so kind enough to adjust the seats to accommodate us and added bells just to make it a little more fun. He definitely made sure our bikes were all set before we headed out on the trail.We ended up going a little past sunset beach down a small path that led to a secluded beach. I did try the tandem bike for a good 30 seconds or so, that was my first time trying it. It was definitely difficult to adjust to but I would definitely try it again some other time.When we arrived back to sharks cove we decided to jump in the water because it was just so hot that day. We called Joe to let me know we were done riding, and when we got out of the water he was already there waiting with his son (who is adorable) ready to pick up the bikes. I didn't mention the bikes also came with locks so we were able to lock them on a tree when we went in the water.I would recommend staying on the bike trail just for safe purposes. And I highly recommend this rental place especially to locals. I will definitely be back again!

Great company! Bikes were in good condition. The drop off and pickup were nicely scheduled. Owners were friendly and very acomidating.

Terrible terrible communication. My brother and I planned on renting bikes for the day and exploring the North Shore. Emailed them and they quickly responded. After that responses via text were 30 mins later. Finally they said they'd deliver within the hour. After an hour and fifteen mins go by I ask what the ETA is. No response. Fifteen mins later I cancel it and they respond a minute later with OK. North Shore needs another bike rental place cause this aint it.

We rented 4 bikes for my family in Turtle Bay. Travis was great with my reservation and accommodating me by showing up at my condo to drop off the bikes and then picked them up when we were finished. I rented for the entire stay and so happy we did it! We were able to ride to many beaches in the Turtle Bay area and along the closed golf course. Having bikes made our trip so fun and quick to get around!

These guys make renting a bike on the North Shore so easy and affordable. They delivered my bike on time and were very flexible about extending my rental. The bike itself was great.

Travis was awesome! Having 11 bikes delivered and then picked up was amazing. The family had a awesome day riding around Lāie. Communication was awesome! Super flexible when we were done early. Would definitely recommend!
