Came for the chicken. But came back for the chicken burger LOL. The original chicken in the bun with pickles and Mac salad was out of this world! I took one bite and was going to eat it at home, gone in my stomach in 6 bites. I went the re again same thing! That Mac and garlic chicken and pickles , OMG Coming back next week

It seems Nona has moved around quite a bit. Currently, they are open Fridays and Sundays in this community kitchen (?) on Palolo Ave. This is great for us because it's close to our neighborhood and there's free parking. The chicken wings are very good. We tried 3 flavors in the 15 piece pack ($25.95) - calamansi chili, OG sauce, and yuzu buttah. The calamansi is tangy and spicy so you get a lot of flavor with a slow burn. The OG sauce is a classic soy garlic blend that is always satisfying. The yuzu buttah is not your typical lemon pepper rub. It has a nice fresh yet rich flavor. Our favorites were the OG and yuzu buttah. We're anxious to try the other flavors next. The waffle fries were nice, crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, not dry at all. The homemade mac salad was also tasty and was a great balance to the spicy calamansi wings.I don't know how long they will be in this location orphan the hours will be. Definitely follow them on IG and make sure you catch them soon! The sandwiches look amazing... next level, for sure!

Nona is now running the kitchen at RB Sports Bar & Grill on University at Puck's Alley. They have great food at reasonable prices, especially during happy hour. Happy hour is daily from 2pm-6pm. Everything on the happy hour menu is $6.50. We got the Tater Tots and 2 Grilled Cheeses. They are known for their wings, so that's what we came for. We ordered it off the regular menu and got the 10 piece $15.95. We got to pick two flavors and went with the OG (garlic soy) and SPV (salt, pepper, vinegar). Everything was delicious. The tater tots were fried extra crispy. The wings were crispy, but wasn't super crispy. It had a slight dust of breading. It was really juicy. When I bit into the wing, the juices were leaking out. Both flavors were good, but I liked the OG better. It's just something about garlic and soy sauce that tickles my fancy. The grilled cheese sandwiches were slightly burnt, but we couldn't really taste it. We had a good time and will be back.

Hot new business in Kalihi, Honolulu, Hawaii...I looked on instagram and saw that Nona is only open on Sundays... When metered street parking is free!I rushed over so that I could try the chicken wings. The signs were being set up, and the table cloths were being laid down! Hee hee! I heard that sizzling sound of the deep fryer... mmm!There are many different flavors... Including asian flavors such as yuzu...I ordered the 12 piece box so that I could try 3 different flavors. I selected the following:1. OG sauce - garlic soy sauce, topped with sesame seeds2. Home sauce - oyster sauce with black sesame seeds3. Yuzu Buttah - citrus with creamy butter, topped with Furikake My family loved all three flavors! However, OG sauce was more flavorful (garlicky) than Yuzu and Home sauces.Can't wait to try the other sauces!Thank you for making the OG sauce wings into a plate... to show how it looks! The Mac salad was a bit spicy, and the takuan was a colorful touch!

I've been dying to try this place and I gotta say the flavors on them wings are incredible I ordered all six flavors. And the lumpia I loved the dynamite and calamansi because I love spicy. I would have wanted more rice but you no what we had a lot of food. It's made to order service there is great, there's seating if you choose to eat in. For me personally I was feeling the music vibe... check it out open on Sundays only 12-5

It was a little difficult finding this place since it's inside RB Sports Bar & Grille. No phone number listed, so ordered at the bar with the beautiful waitress. I think you can call the bar to place order. We tried the Yuzu buttah and Calamansi chili. I LOVE sour things so loved them both, but my son said the Calamansi was too tangy for him. We'll be back!!!

Been a huge fan even when they were at their Liliha location.This is my 5th time coming into Nona and it hits the spot every. single. time.My favorite flavor is their calamansi chili, but I'm a huge fan of their OG, yuzu buttah, and salt and pepper! But you can't go wrong with any flavor. They also expanded their menu and have breakfast on Sundays. You can enjoy football while eating a chicken biscuit or even an omelette. Or you can come on a weeknight and enjoy while drinkingThe owner and his staff care so much and their service is awesome! (Shout out to Richy, Leah, and Cher) I keep recommending this place to my colleagues, friends, and family

Stayed at the hotel. The evening and happy hours are great! They also have poolside in the hotel upstairs. I really liked the pita and hummus. Bread and liquor selection was awesome. Breakfast sucked. Overpriced and the waitstaff was a bit clueless.. go across rhe street for breakfast and come back for dinner ! It's not a dig.. most places can't do all three meals well

Had to stop at Nona on my visit to the island after hearing good things about the place. Some of the best wings I have ever had. The service was very friendly and the ambiance was very lively! Anytime my friends visit the island, I make sure to refer them to this amazing grub spot. RichRaw is doing great things with the place, and I'll be sure to visit again

Finally, a wing place that doesn't taste like every other wing place! Loved the Asian-fusion flavors, they did not disappoint. We had the OG, Yuzu Buttah and Calamansi Chili wings. Give them a try next time you're in the area
