Met Tiare way back about 4 or so years ago... and ever since I saw her individual sized mochi cakes and took my 1st bite... Mmmmmmm.... if I'm free I make an attempt to get her Coconut Butter Mochi... that's a nice size perfect for one person... it's not too much to eat a whole pan and not too small to eat just a piece... da buggah is jus rite! Another fav of mines that she does well in is these ice cream sandwiches that are a ice cream and cookie junkies dream! Especially Da Grasshopper! I'm a total geek for Mint Chocolate Chip and put her well baked cookies on either side of that and viola Da Grasshopper! She usually makes these for the Eat the Street events or others but not at the Farmer's Markets, but if you see her sign for the Da Grasshopper you bettah hop on dat!You can find No Ka Oi Cookie Company at the Ward Farmer's Market on Wed, the Sat KCC Farmer's Market, the Eat the Street events and sometimes at the Night Market events! I do believe she's also on the Windward side but I've never been to any out there but if you have not tried any of Tiare's baked goods... GOOD, More for meh! Kidding, you just missing out so catch Tiare and her delicious, tasty, ono baked goods to Grind On! Pau!

It was my first time at No Ka 'Oi Cookie Company at Makers & Tasters last night. I'm not too into sweets. My husband wanted to try them out. There was a line, but it wasn't that long. We waited for about five minutes. The hubby ordered a brownie sundae. He chose the cookies & cream ice cream, topped with chocolate syrup, whipped cream, rainbow sprinkles, all on top of a chocolate brownie. I took three bites and I was done. It was so dang sweet I could feel the diabetes coming on. They also sell pastry items such as scones and butter mochi. I'm wiling to go back and try the pastries, but pass on the brownie sundae.

I'll go out of my way to visit Tiare at the Honolulu and Kailua Farmer's Markets. She is just as sweet as the baked goodies she sells. My faves are her mouth-watering s'mores, blueberry scones, peanut butter brownies and butter mochi. She also makes melt-in-your-mouth cookies by special order. Check out her website for her menu and contact info!

Checked the menu posted on instagram.Placed order via Venmo.Received everything as ordered.Devoured the brownie. we'll see how long the other goodies last!I have to say that's one of the best brownies I've ever had. Fudgy on the inside, chewy exterior and just a bit of crunch on the outside.

I first saw this place at Eat the Streets and I finally tried it at the SALT Night Market. This is a review only for the one item I had, the cookies and cream ice cream sandwich. It was $7 which is pricey, but not ridiculous. The sheer size of the sandwich is amazing. It looked like almost half a pint. Made for great photos, but I feel like that the novelty is over for me and I would not have the same thing again. The cookie was not super chewy or crispy, a good texture. Although the quantity was satisfying, the actual ice cream was just average for me, nothing I haven't had before. So I would be open to try something else they have next time... but sharing it.

We see her every 2nd Sunday at the Mililani Farmers market at the high school. She is known to our family as "our favorite brownies lady."Seriously, you gotta try them. You won't be disappointed. Her brownies are fudgy, gooey, fresh, and, you can taste the love she puts into making them. And you know those are the best kinds. Usually when I go to bakeries, I can recommend certain items to get, but here, I can Recommend all!!!!! In order of my favorite=1. Original fudge brownie2. Butter mochi 3. Mac nut fudge brownie 4. Banana bread 5. Smore6. Scone

While browsing through Instagram one slow day at work, I was smitten by a photo of a GIANT cookie ice cream sandwich from No Ka 'Oi... At that point, I became DETERMINED to get one from Eat The Street that night! When I finally got to the tent, the entire selection looked utterly appealing, so I went with the brownie & mint chocolate chip ice cream instead (two of my favorite desserts)! The workers were exceptionally kind & handed me my decadence totaling $6.50. Let me tell you, the portion was the equivalence of TWO softballs. It probably SHOULD have been split (holy calorific), but I ate nearly all of it & shared a little with my BF because, well, he did pay for it. :3I emphasize health & fitness so this was an ultimate cheat snack, & I -may- have been a bit deprived (OK.. A LOT), but the first bite tasted like Heaven on Earth! The ice cream was perfectly creamy & luscious! Even though it was the end of the day, the brownie was still chewy & rich with a crispy egde, probably one of the best brownies on the island. Completely satisfied my annoying sweet tooth. I will have this again, some day, & recommend to any sugar indulgers to give it a try! :D

A co-worker told me about these amazing brownies that she buys from No Ka Oi Cookie Company at the NBC Farmer's Market on the second and fourth Wednesdays of each month. So I tried them.Oh my goodness!!! These are the BEST brownies ever! Moist, chewy, crispy at the corners, and not sickeningly, throw up sweet. There are 3 kinds: triple chocolate, Reese's peanut butter cup (my personal favorite), and nuts and caramel drizzle brownies. Even my sigificant other, who doesn't care for brownies, ate them and raved about them! A definite MUST TRY!
