Ninja Sushi Mililani

Great food besides the taste of the torch. The service is good. Love that there's an online order option but the website needs some work. Make it user friendly. Can't even go back without it going back to yelp app. The restaurant itself is nice. Not sure if the bar had been open. Every time I go, there's usually no one in there.

My usual spot for a quick sushi fix. I usually get the Sakura Bento that has a good variety. Today's experience wasn't great though. Attempted online order via Ninja website but couldn't register due to technical issues. Reported problem to restaurant staff, but received unhelpful response: "contact that website to fix it." Poor customer service. Reported issue to Heartland (3rd party ordering company). Ninja could be losing online business and efficiency. While the website problem isn't representative of Mililani Ninja service, the employee's response was unprofessional. Better response would be to apologize and promise to address the issue.

THIS PLACE DOESNT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR, they deserve 0 star!!!We finished a hula show at 8pm and decided to eat dinner at Ninja Sushi. Their sign said they open till 10pm but a male worker was rude and said they close at 9pm. Our girls sat down and the same male worker said we bleached everything so they aren't allowed to sit down. Seriously??!!!We told them their sign said they are open till 10pm and he said Really? Then with an attitude he said Well online says 9pm. He then goes and checks the sign and said, Oh yeah it does say 10. No one knew their sign said they are open till 10. The female manager then tells us because of Covid we have to close earlier. Its been over 3 years since Covid and they still didnt know their sign said 10pm. They then go outside and change the time. 3 years later? Really? How dumb can the manager and workers be that they dont even know what their sign says. We finally get our food and sit down in their outside area. The same male worker comes out and told us we have 6 minutes left before they close the outdoor seating. We asked you are seriously kicking us out when we just spent over $100.00? He said No I'm not but we are closing. How stupid is this worker. The manager comes out and doesn't do anything. All she said is we close at 9pm. Worst service have ever had at a restaurant. Don't go to this restaurant!! To the corporate office, remove the manager and worker!! You will lose business by have such beyond horrible service!!

Dont expect anything from the bar side.You never know what you are going to get at this place. It was once my go to for fun and good vibes, reasonably priced drinks. The bartenders were fun. Now.. it's open, it's not.. it's open it's not. It's a crap bar at best. Take your money elsewhere, you're better off.

Husband and I went in for there shrimp and spicy udon noodles which are really good I love how spicy my udon is unfortunately we had a bad server she brought out our bowls but didn't let us know which is the spicy bowl and didn't give us enough utensils. A drop and go is what it felt like. We should have dined in there bar area service there is always top notch. There's customers always coming in so they have a good flow especially with the Christmas shoppers. Nice place to come in and cool down

If you are looking for a quick sushi fix when you are in the area then ninja sushi does the job. We always stop by when we are visiting family in Hawaii. Their bentos are reasonably priced and comes with a good amount of food. We never have to wait long when ordering to go or when we dine in. There has never been any errors when we place an order.Their shoyu poke is also very tasty

Nice big restaurant. Sushi was average not anything super special. They have the normal expected nigiri and maki rolls. Price is not bad.

We love coming here. Now that the restaurant side is open after covid, we've been able to enjoy the back side of this place. If you're looking for good sushi at reasonable prices come here, located in Mililani Town Ctr.Service is always good and poke is always on point..

Food was okay, but the guy(?) girl (?) working at the counter today, Monday, 10/21/24 needs to be talked to about customer service. Actually rolled his/her eyes at me when I asked if the udon was hot in the udon/sushi set. Wow. Didn't say thank you and didn't give me my water cup. Really looked like he/she didn't want to be there and it definitely showed in actions/inactions. Maybe just a bad day but my friends who frequent Ninja Sushi said he's always like that.

Very Unacceptable Experience!!! The On-Duty Crew Looks Like High School Aged Students. We Ordered A Pitcher of Beer and When It Was Delivered, We Were Informed They Can't Serve Us Another Pitcher Because It Is Busy and The Person Serving The Beer Is In The Kitchen???Very Unacceptable Serive and Experience!!! They Really Need To Provide Customer Service Training and Step It Up!!! If Not, They Will Be Following Ruby Tuesday - Mililani.... The Phot Attached Is What Being Busy Looks Like...
