NEX Outdoor Living Center

This is one of my favorite garden shops to pick up fresh herbs and succulents from. They have everything you need for the garden or patio and the prices are decent. They're only open to the military so you have to have a military ID to shop here. Great variety of plants, gardening items and outdoor furniture. They have plenty of grills to choose from too and a dive shop. Parking and location are easy to access and organization of the store is great! The associates are welcoming and friendly too.

Reasonable price containers. The best place for me to purchase my soil, containers and all other gardening tools.

Great place to get plants all of the plants that I got survived but not 5 stars because some plants are dead in the garden aisle. Here is a picture of an eggplant plant that I got from the NEX outdoor living center.

I went to the center to get some organic soil and seeds for planting my new garden. The center has a wide variety of seeds to choose from, whether you want to plant flowers or edible blooms. If you don't want to start your plants from scratch, the center has a huge area for pre-planted greenery. The prices are pretty good for the items, but definitely watch for sales on the big-ticket items like outdoor furniture, especially around the holidays. Sometimes it can be difficult to find employees to help you find an item, but I've always had them bring me directly to items when I couldn't find something that I was looking for. The pet center is attached to the garden center, so it's easy to pick up items for your pets and garden in the same area. Usually parking is pretty easy to get, but I always check the pet center parking if the garden center parking is full.

Location/Parking:They are located across from the elementary school and KFC. They have a small parking lot.Plants:They sell all types of plants from lychee tree, gardenia, lavender and etc. They also sell soil, pots and water hose.Merchandise:They sell other things besides gardening necessities like organization containers, grill, grill accessories, pest killer and etc.There is no AC in this open air building. It does connect to the pet store. Remember, only authorized patrons (military ID holder) may shop here.

Although the lines are always super long here, the customer service is awesome and there is alaways lots of variety. I'm never disappointed here and continue to make this a one stop shop for all my outdoor needs. Over Home depot, Lowes, and Target, the supply, variety, and service is top notch. The prices are decent and even though it's Hawaii...the prices are pretty fair. Today the staff member working was so helpful. She took the time to look of flowers and to help me build hanging baskets. She was friendly and helpful and really took the time to be an awesome human.

Good selection of just about everything for the garden. Prices are OK (could be better), but the fact that there`s no tax helps. I get all my landscaping stones here.

We finally got a real tree this Christmas - a seven-foot Douglas Fir - for only $8. A guy in the parking lot saw us jamming it into our car and asked us where we lived, that he might help drive it for us in his truck. Tis the season! (It's good to be home...)

You know I liked this place until we brought our brand new gazebo home.I was super excited.. We got this gorgeous gazebo at this place and we were told we had to take it down and then transport it on our own. There was no option for delivery. But we were fine because my husband is awesome and can build stuff. But anyways.We bought a beautiful gazebo and had to take it down and take it home. So when we brought it home guess what. It blew over in the wind and completely shattered. Since when does this place sell crappy stuff? I'm not really sure if I'm going to go this place if I'm getting patio room furniture again. It's expensive and bad quality.

Stood in line to check out, over 20 minutes to handle the 6 folks in front of me.When I went to use the NEX scratcher the woman would not except it for my propane refill, stating "it can't be used for gas." After I got home I read the fine print which stated it couldn't be used for "gasoline" with no mention of propane. Terrible service.
