Food of Nepal. Mostly vegetarian, Loaded with fragrant spices and vibrant herbs. Flavor bombs! But first, eateries take people pointing vlogging cameras, very seriously I break out my EDC, Ricoh GR-III that looks like a Sony ZV family of camera sans the dead cat and "what's your youtube channel?" or "do you have a vlog?" or even "what publication do you work for?" I should have pulled out the camera here. The owner knew he burned my food. He even made eye contact with me to see if I saw him, assumed I didn't then put it in a container and give it to me. Too bad because the pakora (battered, deep fried assorted spiced up veg) would have been absolutely delicious based on the nibble at the very center of the charred puck.Momo's are excellent. This one with a gently chewy outer layer surrounding spiced up (cumin, cinnamon, cardamom to name a few) chicken. Outstanding with the accompanying slightly spicy roasted tomato and cilantro sauce.Samosas equally good. Lard based crisp crust on the outside, spiced up potatoes, peas, and onions on the inside.Inexpensive.Despite the faux pas a transient eatery worth seeking out to try new things from.

Authentic Nepali Cuisine...Neha's Kitchen is quite the bite you'll never expect, as when I look at the menu I see Chow Mein, Chicken Chili and Momo which are chicken dumplings. So I asked what's the difference with your menu items with the response I got from the gentleman...flavor! With a serious look we use flavor there are various spices used and it's just very flavorful...ooo okay! Having already ate at another truck he was hoping I'd make it into a combo plate but instead just got the Momo which came with 10 pieces and a side of sauce as it's put in a paper boat dish I knew this would be epic fail if I didn't find a seat...walking to a stairwell to the lower level I decided on that as I didn't feel like the impromptu picnic on the grass. The sauce isn't as orange as pictured though is very seasoned with various spices are was very delicious. The dumplings are steamed and are crimped in the cutest round shape held all the fillings nicely bite after bite it really was very flavorful and not bland like the guy promised.Nepali Cuisine at Wai Kai making it a stunning view and as the sun goes down so did all the Momo.Thank you!

We love momos and wanted to give these a try. They were good-sized momos; however, not sure if they were left steaming too long as the ones we received were a bit dry. Flavor was ok and the sauce helped some.

First time trying Nepali food! Visited the night market at Kapilina and after making our rounds, we decided on something warm and flavorful from Neha's Kitchen. We ordered the chow mein (Nepali style) and samosa chaat (mashed samosas with pea curry and a yogurt sauce), both of which had tangy and spicy seasonings that were new to our taste buds but ended up absolutely loving! The owner was so sweet to approach us as we were eating with their last piece of pakora (deep fried veggies, similar to tempura) and omg that was the icing on the cake. I'd love to try other items on their menu!

Highly recommend! Tried their food at Waikele what the truck. They are there every third Friday and I believe every Thursday at at the Ono Grindz Makeke event. Their dumplings are amazing with the sauce. The chicken curry was so soft and tender and fell off the bone. Everything was seasoned to perfection. Owner is really kind and friendly.

Neha's Kitchen is an absolute treasure and the only spot on the island offering truly authentic Nepali cuisine! The owner, Kuber, is incredibly welcoming and makes every visit feel special. The authentic momo was perfect--full of flavor and cooked to perfection. The samosa chaat was also delicious, bursting with traditional spices that took me straight back to Nepal. What makes Neha's Kitchen even more unique is Kuber's dedication to bringing these amazing flavors to different parts of the island through his pop-up tents. Be sure to follow him on Instagram @nepalifood808 to catch his latest location. If you're craving a genuine taste of Nepal, Neha's Kitchen is a must-visit!

Got the Samosas Chaat at the Aloha Stadium Swap Meet. No one was in their line so I decided to give it a try and after trying the food I was so surprised that it wasn't more crowded! The dish was delicious and so unlike any of the other food stands there. 10/10 would recommend it to anyone looking for something a tad bit different from the usual.
