Okay so first off I love Nature Republic. I love their products and still plan to shop with them. However, I did encounter few problems I found while at the location. Some were my own fault while others can be used for improvement. When I came in today I found their layout to be a bit confusing. It didn't really help that the workers seemed more focused on their own conversation with each other and stayed behind the counter majority of the time I was there. A lot of the products I wanted were sold out. So I decided to try new products but I had no idea what to look for. The old location had these information cards on some products like which product was good for which skin condition or what the product's individual strength was. This location had no information about the product other than the name and price. I would've liked someone to have asked if I needed help, maybe I just looked like I knew what I was looking for or maybe I should've just asked for help because I was really lost. I even went to get makeup which led me to also feel clueless. All the labels/price tags were located at the base of the display and the products were kinda scattered which brings me back into confusion. Despite reading the fine-print on the boxes to match the price title, I accidentally got a lip stain or tint (Still not sure) and what I thought was a liquid eyeliner was actually an eyeliner pencil. Bottom line is that I wished that I got help from the workers, that the store had more information on their products displayed and that their makeup section was properly labeled.

This store is closing at ala moana. 20-60% off of the items. I typically love this store and was so sad to see it go, but after my experience today I know why it's closing. The girl that helped me had tremendous attitude and was really condescending. I was truly disappointed because I love Nature Republic but she was the most unpleasant person there. I have never encountered this kind of service from this store before. Maybe she's like that because it's closing? Not sure but whatever it was, she should really think if customer service should be her profession.

Self care to put yourself first...Love coming to Nature Republic to pick up their facial mask and the various choices they have makes it much more luxurious and able to target the type of treatment you do desire for your skin. Always having a bundle which is hard to resist I got a couple of the good skin sheets Collage which says to boost vitality and Vitamin E for glossy skin and at $2.90 each are half of with the purchase of two $1.45 and love that they place them both in a cellophane bag so that if was a gift it's already to give...to myself lol!I do love all the accessories they have and picked up a hair clip as well with my hair growing taming it has broken a couple of clips and with three different sized to choose from it was a perfect set to end my day with these self care essentials.Unless there's a minimum purchase of $10 there will be a $0.50 processing fee for credit cards BUT don't forget to check in with Yelp as it offers a FREE mask with any purchase, also participating with Fivestars self care has never been this easy!Thank you!

12/5/2022: Ahhhhh-Coconut hand cream is THE bomb for alligator/crocodile scale hands--yup~that's the ticket! FYI: Lather your hands with the coconut hand cream, put on a pair of white gloves over your hands for at least, one hour then, you'll notice the alligator/crocodile scale hands have disappeared.BTW-BACKSTORY: I first became familiar with Nature Republic when I was living in South Korea for two and an half years . . . I was ALWAYS shopping at the Nature Republic's Myeong-Dong District buying a plethora of NR products which I have photos and purchase receipts as PROOF~LOL!

I was ecstatic to visit Nature Republic since there are no locations near me and I wanted to support my favorite boy group NCT as they're the current brand ambassador s. I asked the staff members how much I need to spend for the photocard set/photobooks there. I could spend $15 to receive a postcard set or just buy the photobooks on my own. They had a display of photocards out as well and I asked if the PCs came with the photobooks which they told me yes. I was ready to purchase 3 photobooks assuming all PCs would also come with the booklets. I decided to check out actual skincare as well. I ended up getting these ampoules in colorful packaging: Tea Tree and Collagen. The staff gave me two free transparent circle fans as well which I thought was nice. I came home and opened the photo books but unfortunately did not contain any actual PCs which was fine. I might've misheard or something. The photo-books were still nice though. The ampoule packaging was super nice and they had so many different ones. I'd definitely get more since they have many that focus on different skin concerns!

I had a disappointing experience during the Fukubukuro (lucky bag) event for New Year's. The items inside the bag did not reflect the expected value. Typically, you're supposed to get about twice the value of what you paid, but that wasn't the case here. The items I received did not only match the price of of the Fukubukuro bag but also were low-value products like face sheet masks, aloe gel, and acne patches.I returned to the store to check on the issue, and the staff initially claimed that this was because the in-store prices were much higher than online prices. Then after rechecking, they said some items were missing, and they were talking amongst themselves "how is this possible?" I was given another box of acne patch but left feeling very confused, as the situation was handled poorly and with little explanation, and also the items in the Fukubukuro bag were such low/poor quality that I would never participate in this at this store again.

This is my go to place for my skin care, price is reasonable, products actually work. I don't recommend the nail polish.. I don't know but it doesn't stay long on my nails it chip off on me. Love the hair products especially the black beans products. Love all the skin care products to snail, aqua, aloe Vera.

Terrible customer service. I was the only customer with two workers behind the cash wrap. Both sitting down and the other one is taking videos of herself. Neither one ever acknowledged my existence while I browsed and when I went up to pay, I was met with silence and scowling face. No, "hi, is this it for you?" Or any sort of acknowledgement, just complete bored, unfriendly faces and silence. All the while the other girl is still filming herself. They made me feel so unwelcome and uneasy. What a waste of your money to be paying 2 workers who dont give a darn about working or representing your brand or even trying to be nice human beings.

Didnt feel welcomed. Came in looking for a specific item. Bought it and left. I came across a perfume. But the shelf was empty. I might come back to check on it again.
