Foot pain got you down? Invest in some Berks! Finally stopped in here after driving past this on the way to Kailua frequently. We ended up buying multiple pairs of our favorite Birkenstocks. The BEST and most comfortable shoes we love to walk everywhere in. Standard pricing you will see most places. I appreciate this place does not try to rip you off by price marking up like other retailers. It's on the pricey side ($50-$200) depending on what style you get, but we've owned pairs that last several years. Quality really matters. Sammy was the most helpful employee! Big shoutout to her as she was very patient with us while we tried on multiple shoes. She's the reason we ended up buying several pairs! We'll definitely come back here if we want more! Mike was very knowledgeable so I totally trusted him- service was great but was told that there used to be an "adjustment " time to get used to the Birkenstocks (my first pair). My daughter bought 2 pairs the day before so I tried hers and now I realize the problem - the size I was sold is too big- my daughter and I wear the same size and the pair I was sold was a size too large. I wore them out of the store so I can't exchange them but expensive lesson for me!!!

If you have been looking for a Birkenstock sandal, you have to go there because they have the largest selection from every store that carries this brand. When you find a shoe store that carries Birkenstock, they are limited with sizes, style and color. So you have to check this little store that has a HUGE selection...and more comfy foot wear! The staff is also very nice, patient, friendly and knowledgeable! They can also order/mail for free from their other locations on the other islands if they don't have your size or style.

What a wonderful place to get shoes within walking distance from Kailua town. I need a new pair of sandals , when my old pair finally died in the middle of my vacation. I looked in yelp and this place had good reviews and looked like they could meet my needs. First of all , they had exactly what I wanted, a hiking sandal. The sales person could not have of been more helpful. I tried many options and finally pick out what I thought was best for me. I then walk the mile and one half back to town in my new sandals. The store is next to seven eleven and the Aloha gas station. Plenty of parking and easy access to the main road.

NO FOOT PAIN FOR YOU! Thanks to reviews from fellow Yelpers, I was directed to Naturally Birkenstock in Kailua when one of my sandals "bit the dust" after 18 years of wear and tear. Yeah, beauty is in the eye of the beholder when it comes to these iconic, well-crafted and quality footwear from Germany. But, when it comes to comfort and support for my feet, style is secondary to me as fit matters more. Naturally Birkenstock has a huge inventory of comfortable and supportive casual and work footwear. They focus on brands such as Birkenstock, Teva, Chaco and Red Wing.Naturally Birkenstock shares a parking lot in a small strip mall with an Aloha Gas Station and 7-Eleven store close to the intersection of Kailua Road and Kalanianaole Highway. I was surprised that this store isn't located in the heart of Kailua town although I found it rather easily while driving towards Honolulu on Kailua Road.When I walked in, there was only one worker and she was busy with a customer. She took the time to greet and acknowledge me as I went about browsing the shelves of Birkenstock sandals looking for a replacement. What I noticed immediately as did the customer was this worker's friendly and helpful demeanor. The customer was even surprised that the worker would "buckle" the sandals to fit her while fitting her and she had never experienced a shoe fitter like this worker. Because I usually wear Birkenstock, I knew my size so it was more about selecting a style and color. I made my choices and waited a few more moments for the other customer to complete her transaction. Lynnea was the name of this fun, friendly and helpful worker. She quickly went to her inventory and got the styles and size that I requested. In fact she said the style that I chose was so new to the store that she hadn't even gotten to finish unpacking them into inventory. So yay, she had the style, color and size I was looking for. As I was completing my transaction, I told her about my old "dead" Arizona-style sandals which I had glued the footbed back onto the sole after wearing it out over nearly 18 years. She recommended the Birkenstock repair kit for future care but I already use it which is why my sandals lasted this long. I'll be back to this authorized retailer and Birkenstock store for more of my support and comfortable footwear whenever I'm in the Windward side of O'ahu.

Small little store in a small little gas station strip mall. The store has mostly Birkenstock, teva, and working boots. I got a pair of Birkenstock for my mom but wasn't sure of the size. So I guessed and the lady said it would be an easy exchange with a gift receipt if it didn't fit. We did need to do an exchange and it was super easy to do an exchange. Pricing on Birkenstock is around $100 a pair but they also had a sale section which is rare for Birkenstock. The sales rep was nice and helpful on sizing too.

1st time in this location and had the BEST service i could ever ask for. Romy was very helpful, knowledgeable, and caring. I mentioned i had plantar Fasciitis and she totally helped me find the right shoes and insoles.Mahalo Romy

One of the only places on island that consistently has Chacos in stock, though size availability varies due to supply chain issues. Very friendly and helpful sales staff, away from tourist hotspot areas so it never seems crowded despite the small size.

Amazing customer service. This is where I always buy my work boots every year when it's time to buy new ones. Always cheaper than buying it from redwings stores. I recommend this place to anyone looking for work boots.
