Was looking for a souvenir for my sister of actual value, and not something mass produced or disposable.So happy to have stumbled across this shop.Amazing customer service. Told her roughly what I was looking for, and she helped me to put something together within my price range. A rose gold pendant and a rose gold over sterling silver chain for roughly $220. Also picked up a leather bracelet for my partner for $89. Very pleased. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing! Definitely on the pricey side but such beautiful jewelry. Excellent customer service, didn't feel pressured to buy and the lady helping me was very informative. I love this little gem I purchased!

Highly recommend for good quality, locally made jewelry.The deets: Along the main drag within walking distance to Waikiki beach. The staff are kind and helpful. They have a lot of sterling silver jewelry of all kinds. Now remember, you're buying a locally crafted, sterling silver piece of jewelry- these are not cheap. You're on vacay, enjoy yourself and bring a momento home :-)

On a trip to Hawaii we happened upon this store. I loved the selection of jewelry and I purchased a ring; however, there was no pressure for me to buy anything from the employee which I loved. I would definitely go back again!!

This place is great for quality souvenirs at a great price. I got a silver cross inlaid with opals and mother of pearl. The staff that work there are friendly and helpful. Without hesitation I would go there again.

Buyer beware. The sales person sold me a silver chain she claimed was handmade for 59 dollars. When I got back to the hotel I noticed a "ITALY" stamp on the chain. I checked around the area and found the exact chain was available for about 25 dollars on every cart selling silver chains in the Waikiki area. My bad for not checking the carts first. Not surprisingly Native Hands has an all sales final policy printed on the reciept. They don't tell you this until after you've paid. Common policies for stores with lack of integrity.Bottom line: If you see anything you like there don't be fooled into thinking the high price is justified because they tell you it's hand made. Such foul selling practices on their chains brings all their items into question in my opinion. Stay away from this place to be on the safe side.
