We've worked with Mystical Sounds multiple times now for our high level meetings at the Marriott Waikiki Beach. Joe and his team are not only fantastic professionals and problem solvers but they are incredibly reasonably priced compared to other providers. They are very well stocked and are able to tackle a variety of requests and challenges. Our meetings are much less stressful due to their due diligence and commitment to quality. I highly recommend Mystical Sounds for any of your audio-visual and production needs in Honolulu!

Joe from Mystical Sounds Production and his crew were great to work with. They were very accommodating to our big event. He was also great at working with our very tight budget for our event and did an amazing job working with he could with our numbers but also went beyond what our expectations were. He made the extra effort to work before the day of our event to set-up equipment and ensure everything was running smoothly. I would highly recommend him for your future events.

Joe and his team of Jase and Dave were awesome!clear in communication and filled with options for your function to flow perfectly!We utilized his Silent Disco as well as the general dance floor options and his team were just really really good guys. When I had to scramble to find a projector and screen for my son's funeral, Mystical Sounds Production came to the rescue. They were able to let our family rent a projector and screen that day and the owner let us test out our slideshow from our laptop and made sure we had all the adapters needed to make it work. The quality of the projector and screen was superb as well. The location is in town right next to inspiration in town and you go to his storage place in the condo and helps you load all the equipment into your car. Besides projectors and screens, they also do other rentals like lights, bubble machine, and karaoke and anything to make equipment you may need for a party. You can get locals DJs and local celebrities to MC your party. Next time I'm having a party I'm definitely checking them out to make my party unforgettable. They have reasonable prices and the best customer service

Joe from Mystical sounds was so great to work with! My company hosted a client appreciation dinner at Roy's Waikiki and everything went perfectly. He took the time to visit the restaurant a few weeks before to scope out the space and coordinated to get their early to get set up. He was responsive and professional throughout planning. Excellent service and sound for my outdoor event. The team came early and tested everything with me so I was at ease before the event. Sound quality was perfect, especially for my outdoor event at a beach park with strong winds. Strongly recommend this company for future events.

I first hired Joe almost twenty years ago while I was a college kid at the University of Hawaii. It was my first big party and I remember being so nervous to hire a DJ for my first huge 1000 person party. Even back then Joe made everything easy and put all my new event planning jitters to rest. Now that I've grown into my big girl pants and have hundreds of events under my belt he's still the person I turn to when I have something really big to plan. He gets back to you very quickly, knows all the electrical needs that I earnestly never want or care to learn about, and can trouble shoot almost any situation. Once I had a party where a vendor forgot to put his brake on in his truck and Joe jumped into the vehicle before it ran someone over. This part stuntman, part lighting guru has saved me from countless event mishaps time and again. After twenty years of planning events the one thing I know is that you have to plan for the unexpected, and in a way Joe is my insurance against the lighting unknown.

Mystical Sounds is a great company. We used them for our banquet and they were easy to work with. They had a high school rate which is extremely helpful for high school events. Knowing that was a selling point to consider them. They havw exceptional communication with you, and reply fast Our Dj that night was John. He was super good for numerous reasons. We worked well with me, asking for a recommendation list. He made sure to play all the songs and basically did everything we asked of him. He working with our singer earlier to make sure she sounded as best as she could sound. He got everyone on the dance floor super fast, and kept everyone there for two and a half hours!! He played different genres of music for everyone. Speaking from the well majority, he was the best Dj of the year. The lighting and sound system was really good as well. We had the basic package and they had up-lighting making our venue look spectacular. The sound was really amazing as well. Overall, this is a really good company to use. We are planning on using them for our two proms as well. Im also telling others to use them for their events too.
