Mutual Plumbing Supply

I already gave Mutual a 5-star review for exceptional customer service. Now I'm back to say that Mutual's price for professional drain cleaner beat out Ferguson and Grainger. I cancelled my orders at the other places because they were out of inventory, awaiting shipment. Mutual not only had the drain cleaner stocked but priced it way better than the other two places. I'm a big fan now.

If you are looking for plumbing parts, look no more. This place has everything you need. They have quality parts compared to Home Depot and service is top notch. I must have been approached at least 4 times asking if I needed any help. All the contractors and handymen come here so check them out if you need anything that is plumbing related. Prices are very reasonable.

all i needed were a couple of supply lines and 2 angle stops for a simple kitchen faucet change. first asked if i needed help, i barely began to ask for what i needed before he interrupted me and said he'd be right back. never came back. one guy was at the counter piddling around on his phone. totally ignoring me. not one , but FOUR more employees came by the counter and proceeded to help the other male customers( all who came AFTER me ), fiiiinaly, someone noticed that i was getting BEYOND annoyed with the lack of customer service, that he actually SENT someone to assist me--the chicken. next home project its City Mill, ACE hardware or anyone else!

Needed a place to purchase a quality kitchen faucet from a local plumbing supplier and not a big box store. Mutual Plumbing is the right place. Salesperson Hollie took the time to show me their inventory. Purchased my item and extremely happy with the professional staff there.

Love the staff, from the moment I called up until I checked out - Sales staff is awesome with helping over the phone. Spoke with Alyssa and she was able to help identify parts that I needed and more! She also helped with talking to my plumber. When I went down to pay it was a fast and smooth sale, they take payment at the counter and bring you the receipt.
