Not trying to spam anyone here but I love Musubi Cafe Iyasume! I've been to multiple locations and this one was a great grab and go storefront option. There is no seating. Great variety and prices. Picked up some for breakfast, snacks, and plane eats! Staff was very friendly and this location was convenient to where I was at the time.Tried the salmon, teriyaki, black pepper, and the shiso. If you're going to visit this location or any of their others grab a rewards slip. They also had a promo going on to get a free sticker with a $20 purchase. Love my musubis and my sticker! Will be dreaming of these until I visit the islands again!

Wanted to get Musubi for two hikes that we were doing for the day. Craving has been satisfied. Even got the husband to like his first musubi. Overall, will come back here for more treats for our hike. One for each hike was satisfying enough to fuel us!

At the start of one of our Island bus tours, our tour guide came on the speaker to call our attention to this store while our bus passed by. I thought oh wow must really be something! But looking out the window I didn't see anything big and spectacular. Later I walked by, saw nothing but this tiny little hole in the wall and a sweet lady tending store. This is what the tour guide was talking about? Yes! It's a powerful little store with some delicious and interesting tightly wrapped little jewels and touristy stuff. The store tender lady offered me a chair, and I sat there on the street enjoying some of them. Was one of the most enjoyable meals I had on the Island. Haha. Funny that. I also bought a fridge magnet with SPAM in big words on a VW van. Hilarious.

Stopped by this lil masubi shop for a quick bite after our tour bus dropped us off, so glad we did! It's a cute, charming little hole-in-the-wall with an exceptionally nice lady working there. We enjoyed the traditional musubi, one with black pepper, and another loaded with shrimp tempura and avocado. Everything was fresh, tasty and inexpensive at around $2.50/ pc. The lady was so kind and even threw in an extra! I especially appreciated that they had expiration times printed on the musubi. Definitely recommend stopping by to show some love and grab a delicious snack.

This is our favorite musubi place on the island! It is a grab and go place. A lot of selections to choose from. Unlike other musubi places, the rice is just enough with the toppings so you don't feel heavy after eating.Highly recommend.

It wasn't too busy when we arrived, but a line started to form shortly after we arrived. It is a tiny store with drinks, musubi, and bento all displayed on a table. Looks like they operate until 3pm per signage and expiration dates on each item. The woman at the store was welcoming and nice. Gave us a free item on the house when we went back for seconds. There are a few parking spots right besides the store (paid parking), and along the street, but better to walk over as parking can get tough in Waikiki. 2 tables with 2 chairs each on the outside if you are looking too sit. The musubis were good unlike the other places we've tried so far. There was a good asking of white rice, but it didn't overpower the entire musubi. There was a good balance. The shrimp tempura and avo musubi was good.

Cute little shop. You just come and grab your Musubi that they have available. Along with any other items. This is not a sit down place it's more of a grab and go. I liked the variety of musubis that they had. My favorite was the spam with avocado and eel. Along with some of the other ones that had egg. It was delicious. Simple quick snack to have.

I think my husband and I stopped here every day on our recent trip to Oahu. We stayed at the Hyatt Centric and it was literally down the street, so we had to pass by whenever we walked out of the hotel. Spam musubi always makes the perfect beach snack! My favorites are the spam, avo, bacon, egg musubi and the unagi, spam avo musubi ! Honorable mention goes to the shrimp tempura musubi but that ones a bit pricier. They run out of the popular ones at random times, so it's kind of like luck of the draw with timing,

No frills, small shop specializing in musubi/bento but also with a few tchotchkes. Easy to get in and out, and the proprietress was very warm. We would happily return anytime we are in the area.
