My post-operative search for pure protein powder to supplement a medically required 3-day liquid diet brought me here. In my youth (never mind the wisecracks), I would be in the gym 5-days a week so visiting this muscle store was sort of fun like going down memory lane! But that was then and this is now (as the French say) ... today I needed a protein powder that fit my current diet.... mainly no soy, no sugar, and no carbs or other man-made chemicals. Most all powders contain soy but soy is a toxin for some (like me). I was able to find a great powder without soy, milk, sugar or carbs! I liked how the only sweetener used was 1g of Stevia root which has a zero-glycemic index. The price was a bit steep ($42 for 2 lbs) but I might be back when my current supply (different brand) runs out.Enjoyed talking to the knowledgeable young man behind the counter (who looked like he could bench press my car for a warm up without sweating!).Very happy to know this resource is close by in the neighborhood.And the former weightlifter in me? I think American poet Theodore Roethke put it best when he penned:"I measure time how a body sways"Boy do I sway nowadays!Mahalo for reading my review.

These smaller, nutrition shops are 100% better than GNC or anything like that. They got all the good stuff and the staff is super knowledgeable. If your serious about your fitness journey this is the place to get your supplements. Thanks guys
