Went to the Mililani location and had the greatest experience. I'm new to the lifting world and needed to get my own gear. The employee was so pleasant, helpful and knowledgeable and I was able to walk out with a new belt, new versagrips and a band. She took the time to help me find the right sizes and gave her recommendations based on my size.It's not the first time we've had a great visit with her. Don't know her name but 100% recommend going there to see her.

Walking in you'll immediately get greeted and feel welcomed. Staff is very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. Small location but stocked with everything you'll need for your fitness goals.

I was looking for a product and Amalia I felt went the extra mile to call other stores to get it for me, that in itself was awesome thank you Amalia!!!

Muscle Inc. has been around for as long as I can remember and they provide the best service with complete knowledge in the supplements that they sell. Because they have a history and the proven experience within the industry they can give an insight to personal usage with their products. I love this !! The guy who worked there on this day 6/23/20 Charged me originally $40 for a fat burner then changed & charged me $55 after I was shopping for more product ss Go figure. Either he was gonna sell me the sale price then changed his mind to charge me the price on the bottle ‍ Never again. Over priced supplements. I'll just continue to go back to designer body where prices are fair and customer service is better .

Awesome place. Very honest, i went in today to see if they had my energy pill back in stock. Went in was back in stock. But the owner stopped me and told me that he wanted to let me know that they just got it in and that he didn't call when this came in only because they changed it a little. So its the same company that makes it, just they changed it a little from the the original that i bought be for. And told me to hold off from buying it because he had samples to try first to see if i like it or if its to strong or to weak now. So thanks guys for being honest and letting me know be for i bought it that they changed it a little so it's not the same. Plus for always knowing what is what and whats going on with the companies and products you guys sale...

I get about 90% of my supplements here. The owners are really nice and helpful. I have been using Muscle Inc for about a year now. They aren't like your typical place like GNC just trying to make sales, they actually know and care about their products. Mike is extremely knowledgable when it comes to supplements and is more than willing to help you and recommend products he knows works. It's a smaller store but has a lot of good products. I'm all about supporting local business and will keep coming back!
