A food vendor at the Pearlridge Farmers Market! I'm a sucker for some good banh mi so decided to give this place a shot. I ordered the Spicy Honey Banh Mi and it was delicious. It had a lot of fresh veggies like cilantro, pickled daikon and carrots and it had a good spicy kick! Had quite a bit of jalapenos in it which I loved. The amount of chicken was sort of slim but overall had great flavor. My banh mi was $15 which I thought was pretty pricey. I saw another vendor with a ahi steak plate for $16 a few booths down. I'll come back again when I'm craving a spicy banh mi.

Located in the Pearlridge Farmers Market. The bread was light fluffy and very recently baked. The vegetables were super fresh, cold and crisp. The blend of pickled veggies was perfect. I tried the spicy honey chicken which was delicious. The sandwich is packed full of flavors while surprisingly both light and filling at the same time. While pricey for $15 -it is Farmers Market and Hawaii. Well worth it. The ladies at the counter and friendly and nice. Definitely good and fast service. You can sit down at the tables and eat while listening to some local live music. Parking is plentiful

Came here to try out the new vendors here. This Bahn mi assortment was good HOWEVER, I was shocked to find ALOT of jalapeños of in my sandwich which ruined my palate and basically had to wait for a while till pain from heat went away. Just a little side note: always ask if there's jalapeños. I simply dug in because it didn't say it was on the menu. The only thing I didn't like was a jalapeño, and that there was this weird textured tendon in one of my sandwiches. My husband had pho and I stole some of his broth. Dipping it in there, made it more tastier .
