Moo's Machine Works

Took my wheels in to get estimate... female lady look at my wheels and said that can't do it. They're scared of the structure and safety. I wanted to go from 60.1mm to 67.1mm wide and apparently 7mm seems too much for them to bore out. She out right said they can't do it so I respect that, but then again I'm thinking because my job is too small for them, they don't even want to touch it. They did recommended me to a smaller machine shop down the road.

Not happy. Young asian lady said she would get back to me before they start for one of my requests. But i never got the call till the job was done and the job came out wrongThe lady who assisted me had a bad attitude and she didnt even try to hide it, it was as if she was proud to have an attitude and wanted to show it off to everyone. I do custom work, and have occasional metal work, i wont be doing it here again

Had a steering helm unit I needed rebuilt. They came through for me. Then again I needed another steering helm unit resealed, they came through. Both work great.

The wahine in the front take care, she knows what she talking about! Thank you for repacking my hydraulic seals. Mahalos!!

Everything went smooth i called about 20 shops, motorcycle dealers included and none of them would even consider working on my bike (i had a snapped bolt in my aluminum swing arm) and when i called moo's i was told to bring it right on down. "Chelsie" was very friendly and professional she answered all my questions. it definitely wasn't cheap but i understood that going in. I will definitely be using moo's again if i need heavy duty services!!!

Very very expensive....not worth it for hydraulic repair so many other places looks impressive but cost me 850 for cylinder that should have cost 300.....

Great place for all your machine needs they rebuilt my cylinders like brand new the best machine shop in hawaii and the best staff great customer service and great quality & craftsmanship

Dishonest business. They tried to increase the price to complete a job on time despite previously agreeing to terms. They got busy and tried to leverage that to get more money from me. Avoid at all costs.

I had Moo's Machine Works work on a small job. They did not complete the job as instructed when I first came to pick up, so the man took the pieces back and said he would do it again. When I came to pick up again, they insisted on charging again to fix the work that they didn't do the first time. Very poor customer service. I am contesting the charges on my credit card and contacting the Better Business Bureau.
