There are all Chinese Manager of a womanso bad, the shorts really have a problem in front of the completely blown away, my underwear in front of all people, I just try it on for half an hour, tag receipts in all, there is no influence secondary sales, where the Chinese hateful said let me go to Los Angeles to New York return, then I was back home in Texas, make a phone call to ask a Los Angeles shop, they said with Hawaii's shop is not the same regulators,The shorts were completely new. I wore them tight for 20 minutes and then took them off,I'm really speechless. If I don't try it on, how do I know that all my underwear is exposed in the wind! This is the worst clerk I've had in the 12 years I've been in the US. Invite tourists not to go to these two Miumiu stores in Hawaii. It's really hard if you want to return something, but I will still complain and find a lawyer!

Their staff is super nice! They always help me around the store, they help me find which bags look best on me! They also can give you their card so you can text them what bag you like then you can just walk in pay and pick it up.

They don't stand behind their products. I've loved their shoes for years but had a pair of super cute jeweled shoes that when I was out for lunch a group of connected jewels fell off while walking- they refused to stand behind their product as this was defective and charged me $85 to replace the jewels. Absolutely unacceptable!

Miu Miu is such an amazing designer. At the time of writing Vogue has highlighted them for runways. And Bella Porch attended their Spring/Summer 2022 fashion show. Because of this I was so excited to walk in and hopefully buy something. When I walked in I was greeted by so many kind people. They helped me smell some perfume and were over all so helpful. Also may I say the outfits in their showcase are so pretty!!!!!!

This isn't really my kind of store but I came in here with my cousins when they were visiting from out of town. The store is very spacious and it's all about the products. They have chairs for the guys to sit on while the ladies shop. They have a lot of staff. I think I saw 6-8 people and they mostly just stood in the front by the entrance.I think the products here have too much bling bling on them. The bags were like this shiny plastic material and the colors are really bright. It's totally not my style but I wanted to be a good sport since my cousins don't visit often. Maybe someday when I marry a rich guy I could come in here again and have a completely different opinion about the products.

This is a brand new store that just opened on Friday Nov 18 2016. Staff are all really super friendly and welcoming. The store is not really huge and overwhelming but small enough to be personable

Miu Miu is a high end boutique geared toward a younger, very upscale demographic, with the designs and concepts of Miuccia Prada, yes, of the billionaire Prada family of luxury goods. This store in Honolulu opened less than a year ago in Ala Moana, to much fanfare, as there was a special limited edition bag (only 50 made) designed just for the opening, sold out the first day, and now commands $15,000 each on the secondary market. Paris Hilton has one, so does Hawaiian born Japanese star Yuna Ito. Miu Miu has stores in all the global high end fashion locations, including Milano, Firenze, Roma, New York, Las Vegas, Los Angeles, London, Melbourne, Tokyo, Nagoya, Kobe, Fukuoka, Paris, Singapore, Hong Kong, Boston, Kuwait, Taipei, and Shenzen and soon in Orange County's South Coast Plaza. Here in Ala Moana, their merchandise is very much geared toward the petite Asian tourists, especially the Japanese, which is probably at least 50% of the tourists that come to Hawaii. The designs have a lot of sparkle and faux gemstones on the bags, lots of airy chiffon clothes that are very Japanese in esthetics, and nothing but 5" and 6" high overly strappy, size 5 shoes and boots on display. A mundane women's tan leather coin purse is $300. A wallet, $540. Ever wonder how these hords of young Japanese female tourists come over to America, seeking high end European fashions, can afford it? Truth is, many Japanese women in their 20's still live at home with their parents, and work as OLs (office ladies) or other such jobs before they marry (which most then concentrate on raising a family and quit work). They use the money they make not on rent and cars like most American girls that age, but on themselves with the latest fashions and meeting their friends for fancy dinners and desserts. Unlike here, in Japan, most OL's wear uniforms at work, and most probably wore uniforms throughout school, so expressing their individuality (as long as it follows the group and latest trend!) is a release of trying to fit in. The Japanese are obsessed by designer names, and name recognition, superb craftsmanship, and quality goods are a hallmark of Japanese culture for centuries, from kimonos, to ceramics, to swords. Also, it is Japanese custom that when you go on vacation, you bring back Omiage (gifts/momentoes) from your trip for all of your loved ones and close friends. That is why the Japanese tourist buses always stop at the duty free stores, and masses of Japanese are buying up Gucci, Channel, Coach, Designer of the Month, etc.and other such brand names with an obsessed sense of obligation and determination. If your thing is to spend a lot of money hoping to earn a little status and respect (especially self-respect) with conspicuous consumption, Miu Miu is waiting for you here, and all those other cities you travel to.

Oh man, everytime I walk into this store, it is just like candy land for me. I have no idea where to start. The bags here are beautiful. I can get high alone on the smell of leather that permeates throughout the store. And the shoes! As a sucker for flats, they have the most adorable, girly pairs in season all the time, with bows or jewels. If I was a rich girl, I wouldn't think twice about dropping $550 for shoes, but instead, I'll just wait for their sales. The associates here are very friendly and super helpful. Whenever I have dropped in, I've had one associate always on hand to help me - telling me more about their bags, what kinds of colors they have available, when new shoes!!!! are coming in ....I love this store.

I had such a bad experience here. I went months ago and the store smelled like fecal matter. No joke. I had to leave. I just decided to go back because there's a PRADA bag I want but it's so expensive. They said to go Miu Miu because it's Prada's cheaper sister brand and I decided to go back because it's next door. There was a woman with very unprofessional hair color assisting me. I couldn't get over her fake contacts and pinkish hair!!! Not high end! I had to leave. They only had one bag I wanted In stock and it was scratched. I ended up going to Kate Spade as they had the same leather for a lot less.
