I came in to the shop to pickup some plexiglass that I ordered and while I was waiting I was told to pull a raffle. I picked one and opened it up and found a sticker of a little bunny, Heather asked what I pulled and when I responded she said I was the grand prize winner. Not realizing it was Easter weekend, I was stunned. Everyone at the shop was extremely excited for me which made the unexpected surprise that much more epic. Thank you to Gary, Heather, Van, Andrew and John for your assistance that day.I didn't write this review because I won a prize, I wrote it because in a world filled with mediocrity, exceptional service and product should be recognized. Wow! What service. Explained what I needed in plexiglass. Special cut. Was told to wait 10min. BAM! Got my piece, exactly how I wanted it. Great service!

Highly, highly recommend! I wanted to etch acrylic for a custom project and Gary was so helpful and super responsive! It came out better than I could've imagined.

Min plastics has been amazing to work with. Responsive, friendly and quick. Even with the increase in orders during this busy time, they were able to get us custom plexi barriers that we needed for our office within a few days. I've worked with Heather and Gary and both were able to provide suggestions and recommendations to address our needs. We were blown away by the quality of the work and they do a great job at cutting to your specification and sanding the edges. Although we ordered these to provide a temporary barrier for our open counters, the plexi glass actually makes the area look more professional.On top of it all, Min plastics cares about the community, with the shortages in faceguards, they fabricated and donated a bunch to our medical workers. This is the kinda of aloha and love that we all need to show. Thank you Min Plastics!

I needed a simple, tinted acrylic panel to protect my screen door from my dog who is known to be an enthusiastic greeter. I requested a quote to which MPS promptly replied with a very reasonable quote, given how expensive acrylic is, compounded with its demand in these times of CORONAVIRUS! They contacted me the same day saying it was ready. Though I wasn't able to go down that day, I made it down a few days later and picked it up to find that it was clear and not the tint I was expecting. I mentioned that I may have very well forgotten to indicate that I wanted to purchase a tinted panel and without further ado their very friendly and efficient staff procured a fresh-cut piece inthe desired tint on the spot.I am so impressed with their service on every front that the least I could do was share my great experience with you jerks.

Ok so... at first when my manager told me to go here for a glass replacement to put on our window for our portable ac. I was expecting them to CUT GLASS & THE HOLE. But then realized it was suppose to be a PLASTIC PIECE REPLACEMENT. Lol!! Oh my god! How dense am I. I was like... they don't cut glass?! Why did my resident manager send me here then?! And after my husband spoke to another glass company, he said that Min's can cut a PLASTIC PIECE to REPLACE the jealousy FOR THE PORTABLE AC HOSE PIECE THINGY. Thank God for nice people. If he hadn't said that... I would've thought my manager was yanking my chain. Lol!! But this place is PERFECT FOR PORTABLE AC WINDOW OR JEALOUSY REPLACEMENTS. REMEMBER... THEY CAN REPLACE IT WITH A PLASTIC PIECE & NOT GLASS!! Heeheehee....

I need new lighting panels made and went onto their website. Their website is user friendly and very easy to submit a request and pictures.I got a quick reply from Heather and a very fair quote. I could pay online but since I was going to be passing by I offered to stop in and pay in person and to look at the color sample. To my amazement they offered to do my job request while I waited. I was on my way in 15 minutes with new lighting panels in hand.Thank you Heather!

Wow ! Thank you. I requested a quote on Facebook and theirs was most reasonable by far. They replaced my mirror for $25 when a competitor quoted $150. I dropped it off at 10am and it was ready by 1. This really saved my day .Great service !My only complaint is that they did not tell me the new mirror was not as heavy as the original. It ended up being ok for this particular project , but I was not given options or told it would be different .
