The simplicity of Milk is located inside of the Royal Hawaiian Food Court.After eating a savoury dish from any of the other restaurants from this place, a vanilla soft serve always hits the spot.Service is quick and helpful while the atmosphere continues to have the small moments and pop shop vibes :)

Dessert transplant from Japan? Hell yea! Too bad it was not as advertised :(I asked the girl for a sample, she gave me a relatively large piece so that was nice.The texture and flavor of the ice cream was not reminiscent of the milky richness that Japanese soft serve tends to contain. This sample reminded me of the cheap $10 buffets that have soft serve you go to when you're a kid. It was SO icey upon inspection and taste, the vanilla flavor was not pleasant, and lacked any type of milkiness. Sad, I really wanted to like it too.

My fiance and I found it a little odd that basically all the shops in the food court was mainly run by one person (maybe because it was an evening shift??), but basically there was a shop in the center that was the main base-- where you make the purchase. We ordered a simple mix berry soft serve-- it was good but didn't really taste a mix of berries (primarily raspberry). There was a slight wait due to the court being understaffed, but we didn't mind and the soft serve was still very delicious and kept us cool. Not bad on pricing considering how Waikiki is a major tourist area.

It's exactly how I remembered it from Japan. Delicious. Creamy. Full of flavor. This was our first time here and won't be our last.

Couldn't find the ice cream place. Walked around for 10+ minutes looking for it. Asked workers within the mall and no one knew where it was

It's like a milk slushy? Not really a soft serve but a milk slushy. I had a berry flavored and it was good but i was expecting more of a soft serve. The food court system in Waikiki Food Hall is confusing

I went to japan 2 years ago, and tried their ice cream there! it's sooo good especially the hokkaido milk ice cream! i'm so happy to see it in oahu! my family and i are going to oahu soon, so we'll definitely stop by
