Not vegan friendly AT ALL.I ended up ordering mainly from their apps (veggies) As well as their cold noodles .No option for veggie broth The service was not there since eveything is scan your own. Won't be coming back.Vegan /vegetarians this Chinese restaurant definitely lacks options

The dumplings here are SOLID! I always have the pork dumplings in the chili sauce. Guys, the chili sauce here is seriously spicy. If you love spice, this is your heaven! The dumplings are juicy pillows and I am in heaven in between my coughing fits triggered by the peppers. You order by QR code/website. I actually love this. It's not a very human touch, but I HATE waiting so this soothes my impatient soul. Be sure to order the cold barley tea. They used to serve it automatically. But the last time I was there, it became a menu item. Sorry, no pics because I was hungry.

The serving is generous. You got another bowl of noodles to soak in the sauce. It's just a bummer that they don't curate a level of spiciness to their noodles so you always get the spiciest even though you only want a mild one.

Their noodles were pretty good. The broths have more flavor than their sister location at Mian and Bao. The house noodles are pretty soft though like it was over cooked. The appetizers were good. The beef pancake roll tasted better at Mian and Bao though since the one at this location has thicker and doughier wrapping.

We came to try the noodles and they did not disappoint. They were bouncy and delicious. However I did not care for the soup dumplings. The other noodles were delicious.

Mian is known for their Sichuan style food that leaves a nice numbing spice in your mouth. This is a no-frill type of spot, order through the QR codes on your table and the food comes out fairly quickly. House beef noodle soup: we ordered it regular spicy, with their homemade noodles with an extra free side of noodles! The beef in this soup was braised so beautifully that it was falling apart. The first couple of sips of the soup was a tad bit spicy but that spice becomes addicting after a few bites. Chili oil wontons: Be sure to mix this dish up well, with all of the chili oil sauce at the bottom of the bowl-- it's best when you can get a nice even coating of sauce. Soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao): I don't think Mian is known for their Xiao Long Bao-- and XLB is one of those things that takes a lot of finesse to do well. It was okay but really on par with a good frozen microwavable XLB. Beef pancake rolls: one of my favorite bites of the whole meal! Scallion pancake rolled up with marinated beef, cucumbers and salty sweet sauce. Highly recommend! Parking can be a bit tough here, there's a small lot attached that fills up quickly. You can find some street parking or other parking lots in the area.

This place is great! Quick and friendly service (you order from an app but they will adapt/modify almost anything for you). They've got fantastic fresh homemade Szechuan food. The dumplings in particular are so good - silky smooth wrappers and the sauce is addictive - warm heat and some definite sweetness. The wontons in chili oil look similar but have a thicker wrapper and the sauce is spicier (lots of Szechuan peppercorns) and none of the sweet. All of their soup and noodles dishes are also great. We've brought our kids and the staff have totally reconstructed the meals so that all spiciness is on the side and you can add back per your tastes.

First time customer who ordered takeout the other day. I prefer the spiciness in Chinese jajiangmian compared to the sweeter Korean counterpart of jajangmyeon, and Mian's version was very flavorful, with the right amount of spice where I enjoyed the heat but could still taste my food. The star of the show was the chili sauce that accompanied the pork dumplings. Ohhhhh my gawddddd do they sell this chili sauce in a jar??? I'll 1000% be a returning customer.
