Terrible customer service.!!!!!! Emailed and no response!Called on the phone waiting over 20 min each call!I will need to cancel service if they'd just response!

Sad that a local company treats local residents so poorly. I gave specific instructions on how to enter my building. I have an elevator and only have 2- 5 gallon bottles delivered monthly. YET, the driver for Route 1 either doesn't deliver at all or just recently left my bottles with the Resident Manager which is unacceptable. I have 6 empty bottles piling up in my small apartment because the delivery person never comes to pick up empties. I emailed and called Customer Service. None of the managers responded to my email. Customer Service couldn't get in touch with the driver when he continuously missed deliveries. When I had enough and reached out to my original sales person that dropped off my dispenser he said he couldn't see my account since it's already established and that's it. No help at all. Now that I've decided to cancel delivery they either want me to leave all the empty bottles and dispenser in my corridor (let's see if the driver will even come up to pick up) OR drop off the items myself during the same work hours that I have. I don't know what to do. So disappointing. So upsetting. Don't waste your time and money on Menehune Water.

Great business! I've been a customer for years and never been disappointed. Home delivery is super convenient and their service makes it more convenient and cheaper to drink bottled water at home. Friendly service, too. Highly recommended.

So I called to ask a question about my service, Thier recording did state that there is a shortage in employees.. so there was a wait time and I had the time so I waited. I waited 20 minutes on hold just to get the same recording and have them hang up on me right after. 20 minutes and not one person? I also emailed them the same question about three days ago and no response. This isn't a good look for them.

I really appreciate this company and their service. We use to buy cases of water and that was hum bum. Now with Menehune Water they deliver every couple weeks. Great price and great schedule. The thing that separates them from other companies is simple the customer service. Jon who handle the route for my house is so awesome. He has brought my newspaper out of the rain. He always has a smile and cheerful attitude. Customer service is a dying thing for business. Not with Menehune Water Company. Jon is one of the main reasons why I am still a customer.

Menehune Water is amazing. Not only does the water taste good, they deliver it right to my front door every other week. Also when I call to pay my bill every month there customer service is always helpful and super friendly, especially Maile. If you don't like drinking tap water, I would definitely recommend giving Menehune Water a try.

We have been residential customers for at least 3 years now, and service is excellent. Our delivery driver, Jon, is always courteous, friendly and consistent about our deliveries. The bottles are always left in a safe place, and on the rare occasion when we have an issue it is always handled immediately in our favor. We are more than satisfied with Menehune Water Co. Everyone we have dealt with over the phone, or at the warehouse has been very friendly and helpful. Great attitudes. It must be a great place to work! As far as the pricing, I think it's fair for such a quality product. We use 2-3 5gal bottles a week, and we prefer the Alkaline water. Thank you Menehune!

Water tastes great and our driver is the best. He communicates well and is very thoughtful.
