Memoirs was our food and bar caterer for our wedding earlier this May at Loulu Palm. Because we are not local, we did not get to schedule a tasting before hiring them. It is definitely nerve racking to make that decision without a tasting but we're super happy with their food and service! Taylor was really helpful and answered my endless questions during the planning process. They were also super accommodating and open to customizing some of the requests we had for both our food and bar menus. All the apps and entrees were delicious, and all of their staff is extremely friendly.The only caveat that may be helpful for others is to know they do require a pretty extensive list of equipment rentals that you need to provide, which is not included in their catering fee.Shoutout to Adam for keeping our thirsty friends well hydrated!

We used Memoirs for our May 2023 wedding and were blown away with their food and service. My husband has celiac (can't have gluten) and they helped us craft a perfect menu with passed appetizers and a family-style dinner, all of which was gluten-free. All our guest raved about the food and it was one of our favorite parts of the day! The flavors were incredible, and everything was prepared perfectly and looked beautiful. Taylor was our contact and set up a great tasting for us, answered so many questions, and helped guide our decisions to make sure we had a well-rounded menu. We loved the attention to detail with the food and plating, and that they sourced a lot of ingredients locally. The entire team from chefs to waiters were so professional and really made the wedding feel top-notch. Communiation leading up to the wedding day was prompt, and our planner said she loves working with Memoirs because they are always on top of things. We really can't recommend them enough!

Just like I said in my welcome speech - Memoirs delivered on amazing Michelin level food and kept the drinks flowing at the bar all night long!!! So many friends and family told us it was the best wedding food they've ever had. WOW! Our wedding planner, Sarah recommended Memoirs for our wedding dinner. They offered last minutes food tasting and it was amazing. Of course everyone LOVED their dishes! Such a wonderful vendor to work with:)Thank you for making our wedding extra special and tasty meals!

We attended a wedding where Memoirs was the head catering company with bar service. Overall taste and quality of the food and drinks - 5 stars. The wait help needed a little more training but staff was eager to please. Overall they are worthy of a 5 star rating. Check them out if you will be catering a wedding or other event.

Selecting Memoirs as our wedding caterer was the best wedding planning decision that we made! Taylor, Chef John, and their whole team are so professional and kind, and the quality of the food and drinks that they serve exceeded our expectations. They make every part of the planning process so simple (and delicious!). They helped us to stay within our budget, while still serving high quality food and beverages that had all of our guests raving. So many of our friends and family members have told us not only how good the food was, but also how amazing the memoirs staff was. They really go above and beyond in every way to make sure your day is special, and it really shows. Our wedding day would not have been nearly as memorable without them, I cannot recommend them enough!!!

This was my first time trying vegan food with a personal chef !! I was so stunned by the flavors tasting like actual meat but it wasnt , me and my sisters have never tried something so good with an intertaning service , they were so attentive with the amazing drinks , AMAZING FOOD , organized set up and the clean up was also taken care of how amazing !

We had Memoirs cater for our wedding at Kualoa Ranch and they were exceptional! Incredible food, wonderful drinks, and amazing service. Taylor, Tanden, John, and the rest of the crew were attentive and organized and the food was the best we've ever had at a wedding. Memoirs took care of food, setup, bartending, and had plenty of experience working at Kualoa Ranch. They had flexible scheduling for food and drink tastings to allow us to pick the menu that we wanted. Tanden and the rest of the bar crew were amazing and did a great job getting the party started and making top notch drinks to keep the party going. They even had an attendant to bring us appetizers during the cocktail hour when we were taking photos. Incredible food and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend.
