My sister went in to buy me a product that I've been using for years and they wouldn't sell it to her without signing up for a membership even though I've purchased it there before. Terrible customer service! I'll just find me another cleaner.

Store was stocked and clean! Love the store. Haven't been here for years. I've been ordering online but didn't want to pay the ridiculous shipping fee. I got what I wanted but was disappointed because the bundled offered online wasn't applicable to the store. I could get it but could only get 3 hand sanitizers and not 4. Sales associates were helpful and friendly.

This place has amazing products. Although, my friend and I were very uncomfortable because some of the staffs were staring us down. I guess it's because we're pretty young .

Excellent store...the staff, and the variety of products that this store has is very impressive. I really enjoy that they have so many different products I contest are really good products. The detergent is a very good product that really cleans your clothes well. The different food products are really good too. I enjoy getting the popcorn, and the energy bars. But you can't go to Meleuca and not get any of the oils, and moisturizers too. I highly recommend anyone to get a membership, and shop here.

They'll automatically charge your card $90 and ship you random items if you haven't bought anything recently. They did this to me with no heads up, no warning whatsoever. I got a notification from my credit card carrier that $90 was spent. When I confronted Melaleuca and asked them to refund my card, they said no guarantees. This is not cool. No aloha. I want my money back.
