Medical Center Pharmacy

My refill prescriptions are never ready on time. I called Sunday night using their automated system, and it said it'll be ready 10:30 am Monday. At noon Wednesday it still wasn't ready. It's convenient parking right in front. Just make sure you don't need your meds right away.

I'll keep it short as sweet, your job is not to antagonize the customer on the phone. Whether you feel there is an issue, your job is to help solve and provide service with a smile; if possible. Your job is not be entitled, nor is it to belittle the customer. Please find this review to help your business grow vs think you're better then the customer. Mahalo!

I usually don't leave reviews but in this case, This place use to be good great with customer service now I feel like I'm bothering them when I go in person or send my script to them. Hope some things change but won't be using them moving forward.

If you don't want to stand in a long line with easy to find parking, this is the place for you to pick up your prescriptions. You can also get your flu shot or vaccines here but call first if they have it in stock.Picked up a prescription today and was done in two minutes from entering, paying and out the door!Medical Center Pharmacy is located at the opposite end of Aiea Bowl/The Alley. Since I saved so much time picking up the prescription, I did two things with one visit by also picking up ono food from The Alley...a bonus!

Medical Center Pharmacy is located in the same parking lot as Aiea Bowl in the far left corner. There is ample parking and even a few stalls out front that always seem to be empty. They are a small pharmacy that specializes in compound medications. I came here throughout my pregnancy to pick up my injections. It was a compound drug so it needed to be mixed. You would not be able to find this at your local Longs or Walgreens pharmacies. The pharmacy also mails out your prescriptions as needed as well and is an option when ordering your refills. The pharmacy is very clean looking, almost like a hospital setting. They have a few vitamins and cbd products for sale. The staff are very friendly. Although I only had a handful of interactions with this pharmacy I have to say that this is a great pharmacy. If I ever need compound prescriptions again I will definitely visit here.

Medical Center Pharmacy recently moved from the Pali Momi complex to their own spot. They also moved from doing mostly compound blends that can't be found elsewhere to being a fully stocked pharmacy. Their customer base is growing, but slowly. The office is located just a few doors down from Aiea Bowl, but was smart enough to add its name to the "reserved for" spots near the door. I've never had to look for a spot. The office is conveniently open on Saturday.

Located next to the Aiea bowling alley, this humble looking pharmacy was efficient and left me satisfied. They got my prescription ready within a couple of minutes and I was in/out really quick. I went in the morning and parking was plentiful.

Excellent compounding pharmacy located next to Aiea Bowl. Friendly service, clean and aesthetically pleasing space, and parking.Nursing mommies: they can make APNO. My doc sent in my prescription (took about a week), and I just picked it up this morning. They accepted insurance, so my co-pay was only $7. The other compounding pharmacy I got referred to prior did not, and this cream would have been around $175!! This place is amazing.

I have been coming here for years and the staff has only been nothing but great and always makes you feel like your ohana when visiting . I always see Kristie for help and diagnostic's with my prescriptions , appreciate how she is always happy and smiling and can cheer anyone's day !.

This is the first time writing a bad review for anyone as I really think sometimes business are just busy or for some other reason the service didn't go as I expected and that is no really need for a bad review, BUT this pharmacy has the worst customer service I have ever seen: rude, arrogante, aggressive, not willing to help, expensive and careless. I do not recommend them even if you really do need the medication. Just go somewhere else as I did. They have no Aloha!!
