I found MC Bakes on Instagram when my friend shared their page. I always wanted to order or stop by when they were at Ohana Market Place but never got a chance to. I finally messaged them to put in an order. The owner usually meets with you but she was nice enough to deliver since she was heading my way.We got the Ube strudel, ham & cheese , turkey pesto, Ube panipopo, & PB Chocolate Panipopo. Omgggg everything is so good. Hit them up for all you pastry needs!

I recently saw a post on FB for some ube Panipopo and decided to order some for my family. The ordering process was easy. I clicked on the link, which took me to an order form. The pictures looked so good, it was hard to decide. We ended up ordering the Ube Crumble and Lilikoi Panipopo. Once we submitted our order, we received a quick response. Our order was made fresh, the bread was soft and the coconut sauce was definitely dreamy. I should've ordered extra coconut sauce. Both desserts were delicious but not too sweet. That ube drizzle and oreo made me lick my spoon. My wife loved the lilikoi panipopo. It had just the right amount of lilikoi. In fact, both were even better the next day. Just popped them in the microwave for 15 seconds. Yummmmm...... Can't wait to try the other items on the menu. I highly recommend placing an order. You won't be disappointed.

The Ube Crumble Panepopo exceeded my expectations! The bread melts in your mouth. It is soft and moist without being underdone. The silky coconut sauce juxtapose a nice flavor with a light crumb.The Ube Chex Mix was a great treat for my kids. All three bags were gone quicker than I expected!I am glad for MC Bakes pop up in San Jose and can't wait for the next. It gave me a longing for the tropics!
