Great food Aloha vibe from staff:) Went a few times in our week in the area. Don't forget to try the milkshakes!!

Ordered Family feast, US$31.With fries/coleslaw.10 hot wings with medium drink, US$14.Drink can only be refilled once.Hot wings tasted better than the fire-roasted whole chicken.

You can find this in a strip mall area with plenty of parking. Prices were good for the amount you got. Everyone liked what they ordered minus the standard fries. Cool spot to grab food if in a rush. Staff were friendly and place was clean. I love sweet potato fries so I definitely recommend that!

I recently had the chance to visit Maui Mike's Fire Roasted Chicken, eager to try their much-talked-about fire-roasted chicken. Upon entering, I quickly realized it operates as a classic order-at-the-counter setup--no issue there, but it's good to know beforehand.I opted for the Feast meal, which includes a whole chicken, two sides, and four dipping sauces. The chicken itself was impressively juicy, flavorful, and well-cooked, living up to the fire-roasted promise. However, I did find the meal a bit on the pricey side. More notably, the taste of the chicken, while delicious, was remarkably similar to the famously affordable rotisserie chicken from Costco, which is available for $5.While Maui Mike's does offer a convenient option for those seeking a healthy meal on the go, the uniqueness of the food might not stand out for those familiar with other less expensive alternatives. If you're after a dining experience that offers something you can't get elsewhere, you might find better value sticking with a Costco chicken. However, if convenience and a healthier fast-food alternative are what you're after, Maui Mike's is certainly worth considering.

Dis spot OG!!! It's too good I been coming here for as long as i can remember , 6+ years . Always stop here when on the east side it's bomb everytime , hidden gem.

Wow, what a surprise for me. I pass here all the time and finally made a stop to give it a try.The atmosphere was cozy and had a relaxing feel.I saw the owner, he was giving a little history of his restaurant to a customer. The cashier was very pleasant and gave her recommendations to try the half chicken because it came with dark and white meat.I got to say it was super good! I had a choice of starch which I chose white rice and two choices of sauce BBQ and a Teri sauce. Both had a unique taste of its own.I can't wait to come back and try different items. What a great experience.

The food is very delicious, chicken is flavorful and moist. The staff are very friendly and welcoming! Very clean environment as well. We will continue to return and support them!Ps: there is a negative review that we read regarding not providing utensils, we definitely heard them ask every customer if they needed any which shows that they are actively working on bettering their service. It doesn't warrant a one star review in my opinion. Simple mistake and nothing to write home about. This place is ono and we have been coming for years. Definitely a must try.

I was sooo hungry and this was the first time trying chicken from Maui Mike's in Kailua. I ordered two chicken baskets for me and Mama. I was in a great mood and looking forward to eating I even included a great tip when I ordered online which, I know, IS NOT required for take out / pick up orders!! Well, after picking up the food, we got to our usual location at the beach. To my disappointment, there were no plastic ware included. I specifically requested for forks and a knife. NONE TO BE FOUND IN THE BAG!! So, today, call me a Karen...I don't care, I will not return to this place EVER again! You ruined my day and ruined it for others to ever get a tip from me for TAKE OUT orders!!
