This restaurant has a seat yourself system, which is a bit strange if you're not used to it. Once you get to your table, you can scan the QR Code to order your food. They have free WiFi in case your service is bad. Different servers will bring out water, your food, etc. you pay for your food before you get it, and can tip at the end. There is a service fee for kitchen staff. Brewmaster pizza was wonderful, and the crust is actually made with their blonde ale. Loco moco was their own twist off the brunch menu, which was absolutely amazing. Food and vibes are definitely A+! Live music, and the guitarist was playing great songs. Free parking behind the restaurant.

Much better service this time (thanks, Saffrey). Food was also better. We ordered dinner salads. The greens were yummy and they came with radishes and cucumbers. I ordered bleu cheese dressing and my husband had mango lime vinaigrette. He ordered pizza with pork and guava. I had their pepperoni pizza which had too much red pepper even for my husband. I also had draft ginger beer which had a bite. There was a great musician on a Friday night. They had several TVs playing football games.

Over and over again they disappoint on service. It is clearly an ownership and management issue. I want to like it here as I live right down the street and the location is prime but too many bad experiences lead to this review. They have a seat yourself system and many times (like today) you will sit and not see anyone for 20+ minutes. They still have the COVID QR codes to order on your phone pasted on the table but there is no clear direction whether to use them or not. We spent the time entering an order on the phone because no one came by, then a worker comes by and drops waters but doesn't say if he is just a busser or server or what. Eventually another worker comes to take our order so I guess the online thing is useless. Management needs to update signage. We order, then another different worker comes by to ask to take our order and when we said we already did they swipe our beer menu (that we asked the other server to keep for later) then rushes off before we can get a word in. So there is clear confusion on whose table is whose. This is a recurring issue and comes back to haunt us when neither of them come back to check on us for 30 minutes. Would have loved to order a second beer but never had a chance. How does a table of 4 in the center of a not busy restaurant get ignored? You would think they want to make money. Spent $170 for a frustrating time and no drink refill.I want to stress that this is not an individual worker issue because it happens over and over with different personnel. No order in this business, no proper operations, no training on how to take care of customers. Food is ok sometimes and looks like it was slopped together other times. I've had delicious burgers but also nachos with 3/4 bare chips and a few steak chunks. I've had great pizzas but also salads with no dressing or missing the ahi. And good luck trying to get service when your food is wrong or missing. No more excuses, it's 4 years post COVID, stay away so hopefully they fold and a business that cares will replace it.TLDR; Service is a mess for the price. Ownership clearly will not put money in to hire, train and fix issues. Food is hit or miss.

It's one of the few places that's open later on this side so we decided to stop by. It was a Saturday night so there was live music so even though it wasn't too crowded, it still had a nice atmosphere. The food was good. The garlic fries were really good and I loved the large chunks of garlic. The Caesar salad was just okay. The dressing was not the greatest but I did like that they used taro chips instead of croutons. I probably wouldn't get it again though. The pork sandwich was really good and very flavorful.

Decided to stop by the brewery for an early lunch or late brunch as we were out and about. Great choices for brunch and lunch and good options for kids. They had the option to either use the QR code for the menu, order and payment. Or you could order through the server. We decided to use the server to order through however, you still have to put a credit card on file before you get your food. Wall art was cool, nice gift shop but prices were crazy expensive. Beer was good, nothing I haven't had before but good.

Amazing ambiance, spectacular beers, and delicious foods. Def coming back!! Their Brewmaster pizza and steak nachos were fire. The black garlic truffle fries were really good also. I gave them 4 stars though for the service. There could be some improvement.

A great place to dine or have a couple drinks at if you're in Kailua. I like the openness of the restaurant; there is indoor, outdoor, and bar seating so you can seat yourselves wherever. They operate on a QR system so you order everything through your phone and then pay right away so make sure you have a credit card with you. I came on a Saturday night and surprisingly it wasn't busy at all. They also had live music that night so that was a plus for me! I had the MBC griddled cheeseburger with a side of fries and caesar salad. There wasn't anything too special about the burger, but it was cooked perfectly at medium rare and tasted good. I also liked the taro chips in the caesar salad which made it different from the usual croutons. Service was excellent considering that everything had to be ordered through an app. Our waitress checked on us a couple times and made sure that our waters were always filled. Aside from dinner, I feel like this place is good for lunch too after the beach :)

I've been drinking Hiwa porter from Maui for many years. Nice to finally drink from the source. Nice interior area at the bar. But, they need to do something about the birds. There's signs everywhere to not feed the birds...we understand why. While drinking my beer a swarm of pigeons attacked the table next to us. They stole someone's entire meal! Granted Maui comped the food order for that table, but clearly this happens frequently. They need to install screening on all the windows (like we saw at Waikiki Brewing in Kakaako) to make the drinking and dining experience better. Who wants birds attacking their food?

The open air seating provides a nice ambiance and more affordable food/drinks if you come for Happy Hour M-F (3-5:30pm). I see it being good for grabbing drinks and pupus with large groups. You seat yourself and order on a QR code on your table. Our waitress was friendly and helpful explaining the website and HH food/drinks. Pro is not having to wait for service as you just order everything on the website and pay. Con is they only really check on you once they bring your order so we had to flag them down for extra water and boxes. It was difficult to get their attention, so service was mixed after this first interaction. HH Food:-The Hunter Pizza (guava BBQ pork, caramelized pineapple, jalapeño, guava BBQ sauce) $12-The Brewmaster Pizza (Kukui spicy sausage, pepperoni, roasted bell peppers, olives, red sauce) $12Pizzas were pretty okay, the crust could use some work. A little too thin and too chewy for my liking. I didn't really like the flavor for the brewmaster, the olives didn't taste good with the combination. The hunter pizza was a little better.-Garlic Fries $4.50 (1/2 off appetizers for HH)This was good since they use hunks of fresh real garlic. We are big garlic lovers so we enjoyed this. Don't order if you are more sensitive to garlic. HH Drinks:Beers $2 off Cocktails $3 off Drinks were overall surprisingly decent. The prickley pear was a good sour beer that is only for a limited time. The porter is good if you like darker beers. The True North cocktails tasted light and refreshing but very weak on alcohol. Overall, decent place to come specifically for HH. I'm not sure if I would come for regular menu since it seems quite expensive for the size/quality.
