Excellent customer service, beautiful locally crafted art pieces as well as jewelry pieces. Boyfriend's parents live in Kaneohe and many of the Koa pieces match perfectly in their home. Bought a Koa wood wine screw that doubles as a stopper, the staff gift wrapped it for us with a gift tag-no additional charge. Thinking about the Koa wood men's watches as an additional gift for a family member.

I will never purchase low-end products when the company management fails to pay their vendors, deceives, and cons their relations.

Pros+ Beautifully made, rich-color Koa furniture+ Koa Watches+ Feather leis+ Hawaiian art and crafts by local Hawaiian artists+ Nice store design. Not too cramped. Nice shopping experience.Cons- Most furniture and artwork are not cheap. Though I did find a gorgeous Honu Raku by Maui artist Ben Diller for only $16, which I bought two as birthday gifts.

Pricey, arrogant sales-persons, hard to negotiate with prices especially if you buy in bulk, unauthentic wood pieces, all massive produced, and a lot of them are made in China, but they tell you it's made in Hawai'i.Overall:Buy through local wood crafters, because they do know what they are doing, no mass productions, all handmade, locally and sustained sourced woods, customize option for a good price, friendly, and knowledgeable.

We bought a beautiful Koa watch, which got many compliments and much wear until the band broke! Store management and repair facility was not responsive but the actual CEO addressed the issue and made sure we were happy with a replacement!!
