While waiting to eat at Cinnamons I decided to look around and we were lucky enough to find this place. When we walked in we were warmly greeted by the staff. The store was well organized and neat. The bar had all the chocolates and their descriptions displayed on a pamphlet which was very helpful. We showed up at the end perfect time because the staff was doing a free chocolate sampling of many of their chocolates. Server did a great job of explaining each chocolate including how and where the beans are grown. I was surprised how many of them tasted and I bought some to take home to the family to try.Overall a wonderful experience both from a food and learning perspective. I would recommend others try it out if you are in that area.

I LOVE THESE CHOCOLATES!!!Located in Kailua behind Baci and Cinnamon's parking area, they started out in a small location just doing tours, to now a fun and cute wine bar/chocolate shop. It's a great place to take out of town guests. you can sit and sample free little tidbits of their home made chocolates that are made there, and even enjoy a glass of wine or your favorite beverage on their menu. They even have charcutrie boards to munch on!Most of their chocolates are dark, but they do have milk, white, mixed with nuts or exotic flavors like lilikoi, chocolate and rum! They are cholate bars range between $10-$15and they also have a chocolate club. When you join, you get discounts, a free monthly specialty bar and. and can be mailed to you or pick it up at the store. They have Happy hour after 5pm if your waiting to have dinner at Baci, you should stip by, I definitely recommend this place!P.S.Make sure to bring quarters for metered parking before 6pm.

This place was a blast. Some chocolate samples. Fun wine-bar style atmosphere. Great product. It is spendy, but worth it to support local businesses and responsibly sourced chocolate. The chocolate covered macadamia nuts ended up being my favorite.

I went with my students here and had a small tasting. The tasting was done in both Japanese and English. I really enjoyed the experience and the samples helped me make a better choice on their selection. The store was busy around lunchtime, so I was happy that I went in earlier. It was nice and clean inside. The ambiance was so-so. There was a child who cried, but that is not the business's fault, sorta. I think some hot tea got on the toddler. Full disclosure, my husband and did go to school with the owner and my mother in law was the owner's soccer coach. But regardless, it was a good experience and a clean atmosphere. I signed up to be informed when they start farm tours because I thought it would be a good experience for my students.

Thought they were in Manoa (from the name), but they are actually in Kailua. ;)Anyhow, they let you do chocolate tasting when you walk in. I also heard they have wine event later in each week.People are very friendly and their chocolates are really good. You'll get a complimentary cold bag (their original design) when you buy more than $50. If you don't have time to visit there, you can buy their chocolates at DFS in Waikīkī, however, the choices are limited and more expensive... Highly recommended to visit!

We came here to check out the chocolate because we had a long wait for cinnamons and I'm so glad we stopped by!We did the free chocolate tasting and they were all amazing!! We saw they had wine and mead and as a mead lover and chocolate lover I couldn't pass up on a mead and chocolate pairing. We got to try a few different meads because everyone at the gym got a different one and we got to try the chocolate that paired well with it! My favorite was the lilikoi mead with the lilikoi chocolate. I also really enjoyed the mango chocolate and the mililani chocolate. I wanted to buy some chocolate but we got called for our table at cinnamons and I completely forgot to go back and buy a few chocolate bars :'(They have a $35 monthly membership to get 3 chocolate bars shipped to you(one of them being a monthly special bar) so if that interests you, signing up gets you 20% off in store!

This probably takes the cake for the most memorable activity during my weeklong trip in O'ahu. My partner and I were quick to discern that this would be an amazing chocolate tour. From trying over 20 pieces of chocolate, to learning the entire process of what makes Manoa Chocolate so special, I was amazed just how pleasant yet informative this tour was. Plus, there was only 1 other couple that joined the group, which made the tour all the more intimate, and interpersonal. Our guide, Puahone, is quite literally the most charismatic and charming guide--ever. She was very well-versed in the Manoa chocolate world and answered all our questions with such charm. Her quick wittedness, humor, and authenticity truly made a typical 1.5 hour experience into a 2.5+ activity. I'm not complaining though! If you're fortunate enough to have her as your guide, buckle up because it'll truly be an unforgettable time. The chocolate, needless to say, is wonderful as well. I ended up buying 4 bars even though I'm not a big chocolate fan--it's that good!I hope to see expansions for Dillon and the chocolate factory. Y'all are doing an amazing job.

The paid chocolate tasting and tour was great! The tour itself is pretty short and you mostly watch a video. However, the person giving the tour was very entertaining and friendly. Definitely preferred her over the video. The tasting portion was vast. We tried over 20 kinds of chocolate. The tea with the chocolate was an amazing pairing. Love how each chocolate was based off their specific farm which changes the flavors. Also want to thank them for accommodating us last minute as an extra person and with a 5 month old attached. There was another family in the tour who were sick, so that was a little downer but that's not their fault. They sat us with our baby on the side so I appreciated that. Hands down recommend everyone to the paid tasting and I'm already telling my friends to go.
