They have a great selection of bento- reasonably priced. They have ready made bento and made to order dishes. What I appreciate is the bottle of water that comes with the bento, so your lunch is complete: meal and drink. Also, they have a stamp card!

Stopped in for a quick lunch. I've been here before but this is my first review.It's a nice, clean, and inviting restaurant. So much choices to choose from. Everything is presented well. I had the mini butterfish bento, it came with all kinds of extras. The perfect amount to satisfy your hunger. It was excellent, the butterfish is never a disappoint. Everything is so tasty good.

Love this place! Always get their Salmon dynamite or salmon or butterfish bentos! Love that they use multigrain rice too!

It was my first time at this location. I usually go to the one across the street from Pearlridge. Actually, I haven't been to that one in a while also. I remembered that they had everything out sitting in warmers and that I could put whatever I wanted in a box to make my own bento. I was expecting that at this location. However, everything was already prepackaged. I decided on the kalbi and bbq chicken combo bento. It also had white rice, corn and choy sum. It was $11.49 and came with a bottle of water. The whole bento was delicious. Both the chicken and kalbi had great marinade. I needed the sauce for the rice. The cashier was really sweet. She asked if we had military ID for a discount. She also asked if we had a stamp card. I declined as I live in town and they don't have a location there.

Love coming here for a quick grab and go lunch. Favorites include the misoyaki butterfish & oyako donburi with multigrain rice. The chicken bentos are good too. Quality is consistent, and prices are pretty good for what you get. Comes w a free bottle water too. Stamp card will eventually get you a free meal.

The bentos here is so very good and delicious I would eat their food every day if I had a lot of money

There's this person in our office who loves eating here. She goes to pick up and brings back to eat at her desk. So one day, she extended this offer to our office section. Not knowing what to order, we all just took a chance.What did we think?Well, the really funny thing is whatever we ordered that first time has been the same exact thing we have ordered ever since.Isn't that just so amazing? Hahaha :DOne of us likes to order the calamari with three multigrain musubis and the rest of us usually order the butterfish with multigrain rice. The butterfish is so delectable!! Sometimes my work friend orders the chicken bento.What makes these bentos fun to eat for me is not just the flavor and taste but bc of the added yummy tsukemono and food items. For instance, we get a piece of fried chicken, tamago egg (tamagoyaki aka Japanese egg omelette), variety of tsukemono that come with our butterfish bento. And most importantly, all taste really great!If you want a substantial meal with a variety of tastes and you happen to be in the older Kapolei area (by the Kapolei Zippy's and Consolidated Theaters down the long street from Costco Kapolei), this is a great place for a satisfying meal. Now, if you're a guy who tends to eat more, you might need to order a little more for yourself, but for us women, the one bento might be sufficient.

We went again this week to pick up our order of Shoyu pork bowls for dinner.When compared with last week ones, these are a lot moister bigger pieces and more shoyu (soya) sauce on the rice. Still taste excellent and bacon meat was used, it melts in your mouth.If you don't like fatty cuts of meat...you won't enjoy this bowl. I didn't forget to take a picture this time:-)

I love this place. Lots of takeout bentos. Everything I've tried is so tasty. I like the oyako donburi. I also like the chicken katsu curry. A free bottle of water is included with each bento. The shrimp shumai is the bomb. One container wasn't enough. I need to buy 2 next time. They will give you a card that you get stamped or punched for free food when you get the card filled. Highly recommend this place. Check the hours of operation since they are open for short periods each day.

Happy to see and taste that Mamaya Kapolei found their Umami flavors. They've updated their Bento menu and offer a more expansive menu. The staff is more focused on taking care of their customers. I've seen them use the noodle making machine but haven't been able to try them. They've changed the layout of their restaurant to a more open layout easier to navigate.
