Great sandwich shop with several locations around the island. Quick, healthy, and a nicely stacked sandwich. Salads looked good too. Keeping it simple and doing a great job!Good stuff!

A quaint little sandwich shop situated along the water at Hawai'i Kai Towne Centre. 5/5 for both food and service.Service is quick! Our turkey and avocado sandwich with chips came out in about 3 minutes after ordering. Healthy sandwiches filled with fresh veggies.A handful of tables and seats available to eat right outside. Open seating outside of Mala Market in the shade, or you can sit right along the water and enjoy the marina.Ample parking spaces at Hawai'i Kai Towne Centre, but the parking lot can be busy at times.

Māla Market is a fresh, healthy sandwich shop, and this was such a welcome meal on one of the days I was on the island.Their menu also offers soups, wraps, and sides, but we stuck with the Turkey Avo, which came stacked with shredded red cabbage, shredded carrots, and lots of alfalfa sprouts - this sandwich was super delicious, with the house dressing that they had used - everything was so so so fresh, and you really felt good and happy chowing this down!I recommend in getting a side of chips with your meal.Staff were pretty friendly, and everything is made to order.There is a small counter inside, but plenty of tables outside for an al fresco dining with a nice view.Plenty of parking in this large plaza lot.+healthy & tasty sandwiches+friendly service+al fresco dining option+plenty of parking

The sandwiches here are fresh and delicious, fairly priced, and the staff is professional and super fast. I had a great first experience and I will definitely become a repeat customer.

Fresh and beautifully made sandwiches. I ordered the turkey avocado and chicken salad sandwich. I also got a sweet tea. The turkey avocado was good and had a nice flavor. I paired that with a salad which included their green goddess dressing which was delicious and herbaceous! The chicken salad sandwich was my favorite because it had so much going on. The walnuts were the perfect crunch with nutty flavor. I was also loving the grapes too because it gave such a nice sweetness. If you don't like either of those items in your chicken salad I don't recommend that sandwich. My only complaint was the sweet iced tea which tasted like powdered fake sugar tea. They might as well call it Lipton tea. I was hopping for sweet tea made fresh like all their other items, but that was not happening with this tea. The service was good and quick. The ambiance inside the shop was small but outside it was gorgeous and the view of the canal was just picturesque. The location is good but the parking lot can be crazy and the stalls are way too tiny.

I was desperately craving veggies, and this sandwich was perfect! It was packed with sprouts, cucumbers, carrots, turkey, and more. The plantation tea was iced tea mixed with pineapple juice, and it went great with the sandwich. This was the perfect light meal! Also, the views from the restaurant are great. This location overlooks the bay and was very nice. This sandwich was pretty pricy ($15 I believe) but honestly, I have just accepted that everything is so expensive here and you won't be able to eat for less than that. I would definitely recommend this place!

This sandwich is definitely worth the hype. A bit pricey but still good and huge! I've also wanted to try here but it's all the way in HK and we happened to be in the area so I finally got to try. The first time my husband and I shared a pastrami and it's so big it's hard to fit it all in one bite. My only comment is that the back of the sandwich doesn't have any filling it's just all bread since they put it al in the middle. The 2nd time I got the turkey avo. But I think I like the pastrami better. They are pretty fast making them and they have some tables outside and chairs inside to eat with a view.

Fresh hand made sandwiches at Mala Market. Each sandwich is made to order and stacked with lots of veggies and your choice of meats or filling. The prices are little higher but that always comes with eating healthier and fresh ingredients. They have a nice location right at the waterfront where you can usually get a table and enjoy the gorgeous views with your sandwich.

Love their food menu but my fav ... turkey avocado sandwich. I can eat this every day. Nice place great service. Food is amazing not to mention not expensive will be coming back for more until next time Mahalo

Super healthy food joint for those looking for something as healthy as it is tasty! A friend of mine and I got a few wraps and sandwiches, and they really helped give us energy for the rest of the day - it's a great experience to eat with the marina view!- Miguel Morales Photography
