Makani Catamaran

Got to experience the catamaran with the go city pass! Really easy to book and sign the waivers. Went out to sea on a beautiful day and had an all female crew! This was my second time booking with the city pass and both times were spectacular! Easy to follow the directions they send to you. Got to see a few whales in the water. Experience lasted the full two hours. Definitely would recommend.

This was a great experience. The crew was fantastic and fun. We took off on time and spend 2 hours for our sunset sail. The boat was great, especially when the sails went up and the motor went quiet. We even saw a whale. The views during the sunset cruise were incredible. The pictures do not do the memories justice.

It was a great experience over all.All female crew!! Woohoo! we got to see some flying fish.. -got tasty drinks-restroom was clean-my aunt got see sick but the crew were helpful. (Take Dramamine 30 min before your ride if you get sea sick easily!) -there is indoors and outdoors sitting-the net area and cushions were the best part! -it was a little under 2 hours.. enough for having coupe of drinks and cruise for a bit This review is based on morning cruise.

Wonderful cruise for both a lovely sunset and coastal evening lights tour. Kind staff, free drinks and a nice catamaran. We all had a great time.

We used the GoCity all-inclusive pass for this activity and make sure you call them directly to make a reservation.We did the Makani Sunset Cruise and we had a blast! They were so nice to let us bring our balloons to celebrate my best friend's birthday (just make sure we don't let it get in the water) we popped them right away after we took pictures.After we took pics, we took advantage of the open bar and the drinks were strong (not that I'm complaining) LOVE LOVE it! T'was nice that they had an option to buy a $10 glass with a lid on it for clumsy guests like ME lol. Unfortunately, we did not see whales or dolphins while we were sailing but we were gifted a very beautiful sunset coming back to shore.I would definitely come back here. The crew were so awesome and I need to try other timeslots next time. My best friend and I had the time of our lives! Cheers to 29!!

We went on both the Friday fireworks trip and the Sunday afternoon sail. We loved them both. The crew was very warm, welcoming and professional. I've been on other Waikiki catamarans, but this is the best. It's bigger and you load at the pier rather than having to wade aboard from the beach.

We had GoCity all-inclusive passes and chose to do the Makani Sunset Cruise as our premium activity, and it was a great choice!Unfortunately, with unpredictable tropical HI weather in December, we didn't witness a sunset given that it was completely cloudy and rained earlier in the day. But the overall experience was great and the staff was wonderful. They also had an open bar (free for those with the GoCity passes) with no limit on how many drinks you could order. Bartender made good drinks with proper shots.Our cruise was out on the water for only 1.5 hours and not the full 2 hours though, given how cold and windy it was. We did see a whale while we were out on the water though, which was nice.

Booked a private sunset charter and all of our guests(30ish) enjoyed it. They kept the alcohol flowing and no one got sea sick. Everyone from the crew was friendly.Yuki was super helpful with booking the private charter.

Excellent from booking until our evening sunset sail. They were a company who acted proactively when weather was brewing to ensure we were able to book for a safer night. Erin who answers the phone, checks you in, offers assistance, and was just so easy to deal with!! Extremely grateful for her help. She was amazing!The captain and crew/bartenders were all great. Drinks were delicious!!! Definitely recommend!!
