Loved working with Maine party rentals. Very accommodating as we change the quote many times. They were courteous on time and allowed pickup for the next day which was great. Highly recommend and will definitely use again. Thanks for everything.

We recently worked with Hiavma Designs for a wedding, and their backdrops were perfect and adorable. The welcome sign and seating chart truly enhanced the overall aesthetic. From start to finish this company was a class act . Called and was helped with the size of tent to rent and all the specifications. Good communication and easy payment. The team came on time to put up the tent and returned when they said to take it down. Great job

I'm starting to Yelp businesses that have used pre-Covid to help boost interest in companies that are struggled through this past year's lockdowns.FYI: I am in no way getting any type of kickback or payment for this review. The first lockdown crippled Main Party Rentals because their main source of income are public events. They literally lost all of their clients overnight! 2020 has been a struggle for Jimmy Main and his crew but his determination to keep his company going is inspiring!Main Party Rentals is a family based, veteran owned company and are some of the hardest working people I've ever seen in action and always with a smile on their face. How do I know Jimmy Main? My job shares the building with Main Party Rentals and we had a company anniversary party and we needed some tables and chairs and they not only helped with the set up and breakdown but they gave us an unbelievable (Bradah-Bradah) deal! I have nothing but praises for these folks! If you ever need party supplies (chairs, tables, etc.), this is where I'd recommend going to first. From start to finish, they were responsive, professional and very accommodating. The pricing was very reasonable and the items we rented were in excellent condition. Big mahalos to Mary and Jimmy for all their help and the fantastic service they provided! We will definitely be using them again in the future and highly recommend them for your party rental needs!

Main Party rentals were amazing UNTIL the day of. Prior to the event communication was phenomenal and they were very accommodating when it came to changes. Paid service was for a 0700 delivery and 2215 breakdown. Equipment included (big stuff) ONE 40x40 tent, 12 round tables, 20 rectangular tables, 10 cocktails stands and 250 feet of bistro lighting. On the day of, tent came about 30 mins late, ONE 40x40 tent (which was no biggy, I get it, it happens) scheduled delivery was for 0700. But if you're going to arrive late and can't set up at a reasonable time, then it becomes a problem. Tent was on site but tables and chairs were running late. We were getting the run around on that, we asked multiple times but we got the same answer "it'll be here in an hour". Tables didn't arrive on site until 5.5 hours after the PAID/agreed delivery time!!! Which in my opinion we should be reimbursed for. This is when it started getting frustrating, 1230 rolled around and the tents weren't even up yet, tables and chairs just arrived on site and it was a rush in getting everything set. My bridal party and I were scheduled to get ready at 1200. I shouldn't be stressing over tents that at this point had ample time! It was bad, in the end the groom and the groomsmen had to help decorate. Not all the decorations were used and there was no time to properly set everything as planned. It was a mess that could have been easily prevented. Everything was so last minute my wedding planner didn't have sufficient time to properly set up the wedding party table but she did what she could with the time she had. The workers of Main party rentals looked tired and were very, very sluggish. They had no sense of urgency. My wedding planner spoke to them but their excuse was they weren't given a timeframe of when it should be set up!!Are you for real!?! Thats unacceptable and a poor excuse for a reputable company. Equipment should NOT arrive 5.5 hours later than the PAID and agreed upon delivery time. It should NOT take 7 hours to set up ONE 40x40 tent. We kept getting the run around of when everything will be completed, it was not right. They were the thorn on our side and that made our wedding day way more stressful than it needed to be - it could have been easily prevented. They were not held accountable, it wasn't a good experience for me. Breakdown crew arrived 45 mins late and did not leave the venue until 0400. PS: If you're going to use them I would stress on a timeframe of when you want everything done. You'd think you shouldn't have to with professionals but sometimes you just have to. Hope this helps.

All of the rentals for our wedding day were provided by Main Party Rentals and they did an amazing job! We got the basics: plates, glasses, chairs, silverware, linens, lighting, etc. Main Party arrived on time and provided EVERYTHING we had agreed upon. And, huge shout out to them because the day before the wedding rain was predicted and we needed a tent last minute and their team made it happen! Mary is so responsive via email and was incredibly patient with me as numbers and ideas changed. I shopped around for a lot of other rental companies and feel their pricing was super reasonable. I would absolutely recommend Main Party Rentals and if I lived in Hawaii would 100% work with them again!

Responded to my original post. I answered all questions and never received the quote. I assume they were not interested, although they should have said that in beginning to save me scrambling.

Main was a pleasure to work with for the rentals for our wedding. They bailed us out of a potentially detrimental situation being nothing but helpful. Mary was always super responsive and asked all the right questions to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Their crew was very timely and got the job done perfectly. I would highly recommend them for your next event!!
