Isn't that a good price?They also got 3ct, 7ct, and 8ct tennis bracelets on sale but, way out of my league. Haha.Family owned and really nice people. They can do amazing things on gold too.

Would highly recommend - recently got a Hawaiian bracelet here. They had to resize it, were very fair on price, and went out of their way to finish the sizing and engraving before I had to go back to the mainland (took 2 days total). They're also really nice, don't pressure you to buy, and seem to have your best interests in mind. The bracelet came out beautifully!

These people were very nice. I had a broken gold bracelet and wasn't sure of where to get it fixed. I went to the trade show since there are a lot of jewelers there and was referred to these people. They seemed very knowledgeable. They are located in downtown which also made it very convenient. I dropped it off and the next day it was ready. They did such a good job it looked exactly the same as how it did before it broke. I don't have experience with getting jewelry fixed but I felt they were reasonably priced.

Just went to Maile Fine Jewelry for the first time and I was very pleased. A friend of mind recommended them and I can see why. The location is great if you work in town. The price was reasonable and the new owner Kelly is very nice. The repair person, Edmond, did a great job fixing a broken prong on my ring and did it in less than an hour. My ring was returned to me looking better than before, as they cleaned it up very nicely and it is now so sparkly. And the new prong looks like new. Very satisfied.

My boyfriend got my engagement ring from this jeweler. I had picked out the ring with the old owner and truly had a great experience. My boyfriend went to go buy the ring and the place had switched owners and he had to deal with the new owners...he said that it wasn't a great experience, but it wasn't a bad one either. Here is the issue: They told my boyfriend, now fiance, that they had sized the ring. When I finally received the ring, it had not been sized...it was the same size that I had tried on when I originally went there. Thinking that this must have been a sincere accident, I went back to Maile and explained the situation...it was the daughter that was working at the counter. She told me that she remembers the ring and thought it was sized as well. Then she calls her mother to see what happened and see when they can size my ring. At this time, I was told that the ring was sold at a discounted rate because we originally got it from the original owner and that if it was sold from the current owner, it would have been a lot more expensive so that is why they did not size the ring. This is fine and completely understandable except for the fact that they lied to my fiance about sizing it. He would have paid whatever the extra cost was to size it, instead, he had to feel like crap because the ring he proposed with did not fit me and I was unable to wear it. I think the daughter felt bad for me and said that she was going to talk to her mother and see what they could do for me and call me back. She never called back. So I called the store about a week later to see how much it would cost for me to just pay for sizing and be done with it so I can actually wear and enjoy my ring; no one answered my call so I left a message with my information. This was over a month ago and I have not heard from them yet. It is truly disappointing that this is the customer service that I received from them. We were going to get our wedding bands from this jeweler and possibly even gifts for the bridal party since this was my go to jeweler, but not anymore. I will not return to Maile and will be informing everyone that I have recommended this place to in the past to not return as well.

I love this family owned business! Peter and his wife go out of their way to exceed expectations. Their jeweler is fabulous and the prices are fantastic. I am thrilled with my new wedding ring set and highly recommend Maile jewelry.

The owners of this business work the business themselves. The tall fellow you see is the husband, and the woman is his wife. Let me say this: Besides always greeting you with a smile, you can ask them any question about jewelry, and you'll be surprised by the wealth of knowledge they have. They have a good feel of the market, its strengths and its weakness. The husband keeps himself so up-to-date on the current events, you know he knows his trade. I've bought some really nice pieces from them, and it was wasn't small stuff, but when you shop here, you get quality, very, very, clean jewelry. Clean meaning really nice. I come only here for any high ticket buys I gotta make because peter(husband), is always working with me, giving the best options for what I'm able to spend. People don't come more honest than these two, or I should say three. Because I should mention the gent sitting to the left doing detailed work on pieces, is another one who knows jewelry. And he can craft, fix, repair, or whatever you want done. He does exceptional work and He's fast. Whenever I buy expensive pieces, I ALwAYS check here first knowing that if they don't have what I'm looking for, (but I always find something), I know that I will leave with helpful information to help me make a good, wise decision. From my point of view, anytime a business owner(s), takes the time and gives you good information even though it may lead you to somewhere else, thats an honest business, and they have nothing but their customers interest first and foremost, and that is why I choose to spend my money wisely here, than elsewhere.
