Since Mai Tai's and Monet was founded I've had several painting parties with them. The artists who come to guide the process have been friendly, on time, talented and fun. I have gone to or hosted 6 or 7 parties now, and each one is better than the last.I appreciate that they bring all the painting supplies with them, and that while we all paint the same thing, each painting is unique. For the parties I have hosted, I have imagined and talked through design ideas and had them come to life on my canvas. I am NOT an artist in my mind, but through the instruction from Tammy and her amazing staff, I always leave a Mai Tais and Monet party feeling like one!

Let me just say, I am not an artist! BUT I've been wanting to try since hearing and seeing so many people do these painting parties. Today, I attended a baby shower/painting party. This was something completely different and I really enjoyed it. The instructions were good and our instructor, Vanessa, was really friendly. For someone like me, who likes straight lines, the painting was a little challenging as I had to fight with my urge to paint lines and to do the quick strokes. Wine and beverages are highly recommended. An artist has to be loose and free flowing. Lol. I liked how you were told which brush to use an vs which way to paint your strokes. I looked on their Facebook page and saw that they do couples paintings and have a variety of pictures to pick from. I definitely want to try this again. Cost is $35 per person.

Outstanding customer service! Each time I've painted the experience only gets better & better. The Mai Tai's & Monet successful formula consists of creating a laid back instructor driven painting opportunity accompanied by friends. It's a fun and different way to celebrate with the girls, a kid's birthday party or even as an icebreaker meeting for a newly formed FRG. From the scheduling and detailing of your desired project to the clean up at the end, I highly recommend this company to show up, bring all necessary supplies, and entertain you & your guests while teaching you basic fundamentals of painting with acrylics. If you have an idea or an image you want to paint ask! I celebrated my birthday with 15 of my dear friends with a fresh never before used design & concept.

PAINTING PARTY!what is "Mai Tai's and Monet"? a company that gives you and your friends a chance to be artists! here's what you do: #1 grab a bunch of friends. #2 grab a bunch of food#3 grab a bunch of alcohol#4 pick a venue (like your house, a friends house, etc)#5 hire Mai Tai's and Monet#6 Paint and eat and drink with your friends#7 Take your painting home, hang it on the wall and say to people "I MADE THAT!" Its fun, easy, and a nice change from doing the usual with your buds. the cost is about $30 - $35 dollars (you can get a $5 discount by downloading the "Loyal Blocks" app). they have a "pro" artist show up and show everyone at your party how to paint a pre-selected picture chosen by the host. the host (and/or guests if you're doing a potluck kind of thing) provides food, alcohol, other beverages, etc. the artist sets up and teaches everyone to paint, and everyone has something to take home. they also can do children's parties too!to get a better idea of what they do, check out their facebook page and their business site. its really fun, and will kick-start your interest in painting!

Amazing painting experience! Julie the instructor is so great at breaking it down and teaching you how to paint. It is so much fun I did it twice and since I absolutly fell inlove I hosted one at my house. All 3 of my paintings decorate the walls in my home. You must try it. I promise you will love it!

We had Mai Tai's and Monet for our office team building and it was a blast! Julie was our artist and she did a good job of breaking down the details of the painting and also having fun with us! We love to laugh and she was right there with us I especially like that they come to your house so we were able to paint in comfort.

This was such a fun experience. I had never painted anything in my life and somehow I walked out with a "masterpiece" ! The instructor I had was Kim; she was very patient and helpful guiding us through. I can't wait to go back again!

I've done 4 paintings with them and every time it has been a great experience! All the instructors I've had were extremely helpful and encouraging. The first time I thought 'no way will my painting turn out like the instructors', but I was quite surprised by the final product! They walk you through the paintings step by step, no experience required! I'd definitely recommend Laura or Kim. They are fantastic! I can't wait for the next paint party.

I've painted with Mai Tais and Monet 5 times and each time has been a blast. Sarah is my favorite instructor, but they all are great. They take the time to make sure you're happy with your painting and don't rush you. I love that they reward the host/hostess with his/her painting free with a certain amount of paid guests. They've branched out to other states and I'm excited I won't miss out should we move.
