Ignore the hours of operation. They mean nothing. And don't bother calling. There is no way to contact them when you find the store closed on a day that they are supposed to be open. The employee showed up 40 minutes late, excused her unprofessional behavior with, "Sorry, I had other things I needed to do," then proceeded to explain that I could have gone to their other store, if I needed assistance. I always love a sweet treat so of course when I walked past the shop in Tripler I had to stop by. The service was great she was really sweet, and I loved the set up inside! It was so beautiful and the dim lights and neon sign really made it feel cozy. However, I was really looking forward to the ube and strawberry macaron; it was not what I thought it would be. It was still really chewy (macaron batter didn't fully rise and the feet of the it were not prominent). The cookie was a little too hard and the filing inside relatively underwhelming, it was just filled in the center and didn't extend at all towards the edges. Though the macaron itself wasn't that amazing the flavor was great! It wasn't too much it was just right and still very flavorful!
