Chef Stephanie Van Loon did our beautiful and equally delicious wedding cake in Aug. 2009. She was very accommodating as I called her for a cake tasting 1 day before I left Hawaii and she fit me in to her already busy schedule. At this point in time I had already met with 5 cakers and she was one of the sweetest people I've met when it came to wedding vendors. She was professional and truly is as good as it gets. Needless to say that I booked her right then and there. She communicated with me throughout the entire process and even placed the fresh flowers on my cake the day of the event. On top of the already stellar customer service, she made us a personal cake to take home and have for our 1yr anniversary.We froze the cake and ate it while celebrating our 1 yr. The most incredible wedding cakes or cakes in the world!! She made cupcakes for my wedding with a top tier cake to cut and it was to die for. I had mocha cake then double chocolate and velvet cupcakes which were displayed beautifully like a four tier cake with flowers. It was incredible! Highly highly recommend it! To top it off, Stephan was absolutely lovely and more affordable then her competitors!
