Longs Drugs

One of the busiest if not THE busiest Longs on Oahu. The parking lot is always sketchy as many houseless characters hand out along the fringes of the parking lot. High traffic, small stalls are horrible. On todays visit found that the pharmacy aisles are half empty! Come in Longs, get with it.

This review is for the Longs drugs new location in NanakuliThis new location has a drive-through pharmacy seriously I don't think there's any others on the island so that is just amazingParking is open lot style, and it's a small parking area but then again it is a smaller storeThe store is absolutely beautiful brand new and fully stocked despite all of this coronavirus pandemic that is going on distorted doesn't look run over like some of the other stores in nearby citiesThe best thing about this store was the employees. True aloha spirit lives here the customer service was extremely world classI will definitely return here for any of the needs that this store has make up toiletries food snacks and pharmaceutical needs

Nice and clean. The staff are nice and friendly. Super happy that Longs don't sell cigarettes. Awesome way help the health of our community

This longs in Nanakuli is not open 24 hours like the rest of them. It's clean and brand new but there is not enough cashiers at times. But it's clean and the location is convenient before going home.

I love this store!I find myself running in there for something almost daily. The staff is friendly and helpful. The store is extremely clean and well organized. Parking is easy! Honestly if you donT need to do a major grocery shopping trip, l recommend it over the grocery store on this side.

We received vaccinations from the pharmacy. Everything was easy and efficient. The store was clean and personnel were friendly and knowledgeable.

CVS And Longs Drug SUCK. Their 1 to 2 day covid PCR test result is a F--king LIE. I made appointments a month in advance for the test Needing for travel to Korea. Upon my test day they tell me the result will take 3 to 4 days. Which will not work because every single country you travel to requires a 48 hour prior test and you must prove the result prior to or upon arrival. So they basically told me tough shit, go F*** myself and go some place else and pay $200 for my test if I need results. Everyone who travels needs this 2 day result test. If you can't deliver, don't F---ing advertise as such. You put peoples travel plans in jeopardy. CVS, Longs Drugs and their affiliates SUCKS. I will never give them my business again because they cost me hell and panic. They SUCK. F--K you CVS and Longs Drug

This Nanakuli CVS always has the wrong price tags posted on the shelves. Please check the prices on the shelf then make sure it's the same price you are charged at the register! Every time I shop here the prices I am charged for and the shelf price tag is different. If I don't remember what I seen as the posted shelf price I will be charged a higher price which is in the system. Please all check and don't just pay what you are charged at the register. Management please take note of this. It is unethical to charge people incorrectly just because the shelf price is wrong or vice versa. People be smart!

I am a regular at this CVS because of the pharmacy and I do my couponing via the CVS app in the mornings that I am not working. About a month ago management thought to change things around maybe better for business but not better for the community. My top sales associates and the previous manager was either given less hours or demoted to move in this manager from Salt lake someone not from OUR COMMUNITY! This lady is intrusive and rude. She acts like she wants to help but she's all up in your business from the moment you walk through those doors. This morning I made some changes and told her how I feel with respect. Do not call me aunty (I gave her my name, and she gave me hers) and I told her that I take my time in the store because I coupon but the store is never STOCKED PROPERLY!! She acknowledged the issue and said that has been the problem due to shipping and deliveries. I also told her that there needs to be more staff here to help out on the floor. I asked where the regular staff was and she couldn't give me an answer due to HIPAA but she said that they were also working on that as well, because on a Saturday there should not only be her and a NEWBIE and she was slow as hell!! My point is I love this place and there should be efficient service and product for my community. Do better CVS. Nanakuli deserves MORE! Mahalo
