Shopping in Pearl City, Oahu, Hawaii...Searching my Yelp app for the nearest Longs Drugs Store, I found one right across the parking lot from the second location of Hana Tea.This Longs is in the same shopping complex as Foodland Farms and Dunkin'. With McDonald's on one end, and TJ Maxx on the other, it's a busy place. Luckily, I went early, so parking wasn't a problem. I was glad that the Easter items were 75% off. I couldn't find Hello Kitty cosmetics, but I did find Local Kine Greeting Cards, candy lei, First Aid supplies, and snacks!I actually was looking for the entry blanks for the 21-day, 19-night Circle Japan cruise by Non-Stop Travel. I heard the announcement on KSSK. Look for the box at Customer Service and ask a clerk for an entry blank! Let's win!Good luck!

Went to Longs mañana for batteries, which used to be a simple task but this time it was awful. No floor clerks were around to unlock the battery lock. I went to the pharmacy and asked a Clerk (not the pharmacy staff) there and she said she would help me. I waited a long time for a small store. I saw the Clerk in the make-up area helping nobody. I decided to line up to pay for other things then I see the Clerk by the watch area. She did not even ask if I still needed anything. The store service has been going down for quite some time now. Go to the Kamehameha hwy Longs location by Ben Franklin for more reliable help.

The necessities we rely on Longs Drugs...How it has evolved throughout the decades as every Sunday it was the place to be to stock up on all things local was the ritual it's a love hate situation with since it being now CVS. On this visit it was no different as we were waiting for a particular item to be on sale...magically it was woohoo!! On the flip side they were out...gah!! So here I am hoping they would have it and they did and along with the deals and reward did accumulate a few dollars on my Extrabucks and you know it made a huge difference.Having the app is a must to shop here unless you don't want to save time and money, nothing much to say about the staff since I did find it all on my own as each store displays it differently it was a challenge to find but just delighted it was in stock to be on my way.Thank you!

I was shopping at Longs Drugs and Pearl City the one near Walmart the item I wanted had a price on the Shelf of $18.29 when I went to the register the clerk said that the item was a under $25 I mentioned to her that it's on the Shelf for $18.29 a workers went to the Shelf with me she saw that the price was $18.29 and I said should get the item at that price she said she thinks so but she's going to check with the manager the manager came over and said the item was in the wrong place it didn't line up with the price right under it but it was on right next to it and would not honor the price the manager was very rude her name was Vernon she did not care if they the company would get a bad review with actions I will shop at others locations the manager was very unprofessional

I like going to this Longs because of the drive-thru pharmacy. Happy they got rid of the carpet in the store. It's not so busy when I shop in the morning which is great. On this trip, I needed to pick up meds and do some shopping. I paid at the pharmacy and made my way to the restroom in the back. Once I walked in, I could smell urine as if its been sitting. My first thought was to check both stalls but they were both filled with clean water. ‍ (I used 4 paper toilet covers just for extra protection.) Air freshener was present but that didn't help at all. The wash/dry area is absolutely DISGUSTING!! It looks like mold is growing in that whole section. I shouldn't even need to explain, just look at the picture.

Stopped in for some snacks and drinks.Great variety but some things were out which was a bummer.Employees were nice and they had a great sale.I would come back when in the area in hopes that they have items in stock.

I like this location. It's clean and items are easy to find. I came looking for a multivitamin for women. I decided to get the one a day since my Centrum for women was sold out. They had the gummies but I wanted the pill form. I tried the gummies for Centrum and it was okay but prefer the pill. Hubby also found random sale items. Things were easy to find. Lots of selection here. Shopping carts are outside the store. Plenty of parking and the cashier was really nice and friendly. I would come back again to shop. Make sure you scan your membership card. You earn points as you spend money. You can use your points as cash

Located in the Pearl City area, across from Walmart Pearl City, it is not too busy. The staff was very helpful in the photo section. We needed passport photos and the staff was very friendly. Overall a nice store to get your passport photos and buy some groceries.

Had my passport photo taken here and even after many times, they still couldn't get the picture right. After doing it multiple times I tried to settle on one that looked decent and most centered. When it got printed it still looked uneven, not centered, and super blurry. Paid for it but was then later told that it was too blurry to use for a passport photo. Went back and they said they couldn't even refund me or retake the picture for free, they're insanely cheap for a multi million dollar company. Manager wasn't helpful at all and said we'd have to pay to redo it anyways, but why would I want to go to the same place who ruined it in the first place. They are clearly unhappy with their jobs as they were even caught talking sh** about us when we confronted another manager about the issue and they HUNG UP ON OUR FACE when we were on the phone. Don't go here.

Went to pick up my dogs seizure meds and was charged $376.95. I asked the person ringing me up why is it so high?everywhere else is around $68. I was told I could get a reimbursement if I find out. I call my vet but due to bad reception in their store and noise I step outside to make my call. I find out another pharmacy charged me $33 for the exact prescription. I go back into longs to get my "reimbursement" and I'm asked if I went outside? Yes, I went to make a call. She walks over to who I assume is a pharmacy manager and I see her shake her head.I'm told because I went outside I couldn't not return it. I stated no one explained this to me. The pharmacist walks over and tell me no. I asked her to look at the receipt I was just here? The staple hasn't even been removed from the bag. This "manager" says "no! I'm not taking it back" makes to attempt to assess the situation at all waves me off with her damn hand and walks away. This is terrible service from start to finish. Having such a stringent return policy and knowing an item may be returned wouldn't it make sense to inform someone "hey don't you dare step outside or too bad"Update: issue has been resolved.
